Since joining ITEC LTD in 2012,Rasheed Alade Shekoni has helpedgrow the company from small to afirmglobal leader in Construction. Asexecutive chairman, he is esponsiblerfor the external matters of ITEC LTD:building partnerships and broaderbusiness relationships, governmentoutreach and technology thoughtleadership, as well as advising theMD/CEO and senior leadership on

business and policy issues. From2012-today, Shekoni served asITEC's chief executive officer,o v e r s e e i n g t h e c o m p a n y ' sDevelopment and business strategyalongside founder Tusse A. Suleiman.

Prior to joining ITEC LTD, He laterunderwent several military trainingsand was commissioned into theNigerian Army as Second Lieutenantin 1978. As a Commissioned Officer,Lt. Col. RA Shekoni made steadycareer progress, rising from SecondLieutenant to full Lieutenant in 1980,and there after promoted to the rank ofCaptain and subsequently becameMajor. He attained his present rank ofLieutenant Colonel in the year 1995.Besides his sound educationaltraining from the Nigerian MilitarySchool Zaria and the NigerianDefence Academy, Lt. Col. R. A.Shekoni also in the quest for moreacademic excellence proceeded tothe University of Jos where heobtained a Bachelor of ScienceDegree in Sociology.

With all these qualifications in hisquiver and ability to sustain hardshipwith courage and patriotism, Lt. Col R .A Shekoni attended several ilitary. mtrainings and courses namely, MilitaryPolice Officers basic course, thejungle warfare and combat survival,Jaji and the young officers course onInfantry movement and staff officersc o u r s e .Others were the command and staff,junior and senior staff courses at Jaji,Arabic language course, and thecriminal Investigation/special agentcourse at the United State of Americaand commanding officers course atJaji, Kaduna state.
