송풍지관(Tuyere Stock)이 채택됐습니다.그동안 수출실적이 전무해 별도의 해외 마케팅 조직이 없었는데,포스코와 포스코건설의 우수한 해외 인프라를 통해 이번에 이를 수출할 수 있어 매우 기쁩니다.
중소기업에서 가장 부족한게 연구인력과 연구설비,전문지식입니다.그런데 마침 2006년 포스코 동반성장 프로그램 중 테크노파트너십을 접할 수 있었습니다.포스코의 박사급 인력이 기술컨설팅을 해주는데얼마나 감사한 일입니까.
그 결과 송풍지관 노즈의 고질적인 특수소재 용접불량률을 15%에서 3%로 대폭 감소시키게 됐습니다.어찌 보면 이번에 300만불 수출의 탑을 수상하게 된 공로는 저희 회사만의 것은 아닙니다.앞으로 포스코패밀리 동반성장협의회를 통해 일본 도요타자동차의 협풍회보다 앞서가는 협의회가 될 수 있도록 하겠으며,더 좋은 품질의 제품으로 포스코의 동반성장 정신에 보답하겠습니다.
대동은 제철소 선강 지역에 소요되는 조업 및 정비용 자재를 납품하는 회사다.열풍이 고로 내부로 들어가기 전에 거치는 고로용 송풍지관을 전문적으로 생산하고 있으며,이 외에 열연.냉연.후판 등 각종 제철설비의 생산 및 설계도 수행하고 있다.
대동은 창립 이후 30여 년 동안 제철설비라는 한 우물을 파며 독자적인 기술력과 노하우를 보유하는 데모든 역량을 집중해왔다.
고로용 송풍지관을 비롯해 열간 초주현 자동분리장치,블로 파이프 수랭장치 등 다수의 특허와 실용신안이 이러한 노력의 결과다.2005년에는 기술연구소를 설립하여 보다 정밀한 기술력 확보와 새로운 기술개발에도 힘을 쏟고 있다.
대동은 국내시장에서 쌓은 독자적인 기술력과 노하우를 바탕으로 해외시장 개척에도 적극 나서고 있다.대동이 생산하고 있는 고로용 송풍지관은 World Best World First제품으로 영국.인도.이란 등에 수출해많은 이익을 안겨주고 있는 효자상품이다.또한 2006년에는 중국 장자강에 현지법인인 ‘무석대동’을 설립하여 글로벌 경영도 전개하고 있다.

한편 8일 열린 ‘2010년 제2회 성과공유제 우수사례 포상’에서는 구자영 삼정P&Q실장과김상원 포스코강판 차장이 개인유공자 부문 최우수상을,이상진 고려금속 대표가 우수상을 받았다.단체 부문에서는 포스메이트(사장 공유찬)가 우수상을 수상하는 등 좋은 성과를 거뒀다.
포스코와 상생협력 사업의 일환으로 2008년 11월 World Best World First 협약제품으로
송풍지관(Tuyere Stock)이 채택됐습니다.그동안 수출실적이 전무해 별도의 해외 마케팅 조직이 없었는데,포스코와 포스코건설의 우수한 해외 인프라를 통해 이번에 이를 수출할 수 있어 매우 기쁩니다.
중소기업에서 가장 부족한게 연구인력과 연구설비,전문지식입니다.그런데 마침 2006년 포스코 동반성장 프로그램 중 테크노파트너십을 접할 수 있었습니다.포스코의 박사급 인력이 기술컨설팅을 해주는데얼마나 감사한 일입니까.
그 결과 송풍지관 노즈의 고질적인 특수소재 용접불량률을 15%에서 3%로 대폭 감소시키게 됐습니다.어찌 보면 이번에 300만불 수출의 탑을 수상하게 된 공로는 저희 회사만의 것은 아닙니다.앞으로 포스코패밀리 동반성장협의회를 통해 일본 도요타자동차의 협풍회보다 앞서가는 협의회가 될 수 있도록 하겠으며,더 좋은 품질의 제품으로 포스코의 동반성장 정신에 보답하겠습니다.
대동은 제철소 선강 지역에 소요되는 조업 및 정비용 자재를 납품하는 회사다.열풍이 고로 내부로 들어가기 전에 거치는 고로용 송풍지관을 전문적으로 생산하고 있으며,이 외에 열연.냉연.후판 등 각종 제철설비의 생산 및 설계도 수행하고 있다.
대동은 창립 이후 30여 년 동안 제철설비라는 한 우물을 파며 독자적인 기술력과 노하우를 보유하는 데모든 역량을 집중해왔다.
고로용 송풍지관을 비롯해 열간 초주현 자동분리장치,블로 파이프 수랭장치 등 다수의 특허와 실용신안이 이러한 노력의 결과다.2005년에는 기술연구소를 설립하여 보다 정밀한 기술력 확보와 새로운 기술개발에도 힘을 쏟고 있다.
대동은 국내시장에서 쌓은 독자적인 기술력과 노하우를 바탕으로 해외시장 개척에도 적극 나서고 있다.대동이 생산하고 있는 고로용 송풍지관은 World Best World First제품으로 영국.인도.이란 등에 수출해많은 이익을 안겨주고 있는 효자상품이다.또한 2006년에는 중국 장자강에 현지법인인 ‘무석대동’을 설립하여 글로벌 경영도 전개하고 있다.
이처럼 해외판로 개척을 위한 지속적인 노력의 결과,대동은 이번에’300만불 수출의 탑 수상’이라는 기쁨을 맛보게됐다.대동은 앞으로도 더 좋은 품질의 제품을 위해 꾸준히 노력함으로써 진정한 기술집약형 글로벌 중소기업으로 거듭날 계획이다.

(주)대동,무재해 10배수 달성 인증서 받아
(주)대동 이용동 사장은 22일 포항시장학회에 포스코 혁신부문최우수 시상금으로 받은 500만원 전액을 장학금으로 기탁했다.
지난 1982년 설립된 이 회사는 포스코의 주요 설비공급사로기술력과 전문성을 인증 받아 2008년에는 고로용 송풍지관이 Word Best Word First 제품으로 선정돼 국내 뿐만 아니라 대만, 인도, 이란 등 전 세계 철강업체를 상대로 그 영업을 확대하고 있다.
이 사장은 PCP공급사 봉사단의 총무직을 맡아 장학금, 푸드마켓, 하천정화, 사랑의 연탄배달 등 크고 작은 봉사활동을 이끌고있다.

㈜대동이 무재해 10배수를 달성해 한국산업안전공단 포항지도원으로부터 무재해인증서를받았다.
㈜대동은 지난 2001년 4월25일부터 2012년 1월17일까지 2880일+100,329시간동안 단 한건의 재해도 발생하지 않아 이같은 영광을 안았다.
1982년 설립된 ㈜대동은 포스코의 주요 설비공급사로 2007년부터 6년 연속, PCP(POSCOCertified Partner) 인증사로 선정되었으며, 주력제품인 고로용 송풍지관은 World BestWorld First제품으로 선정되어 국내뿐만 아니라, 대만, 인도, 이란, 일본등 전세계 철강업체를 상대로 그 영업력을 확대해 나가고 있다.
또한 2009년 12월4일 포스코 IF(Innovation Festival) 2009행사에서 공급사 QSS(QuickSix Sigma) 혁신부문 최우수상을 수상, 부상으로 받은 상금 전액인 500만원을 지역인재
육성에 써달라며 장학금으로 포항시에 기탁하는 등 지역봉사활동도 활발히 진행하고 있다.
이용동 대표이사는 “전 임직원이 안전의 중요성을 인지하고 무재해 10배수를 달성한데 대해 대단히 감사하게 생각한다”며 “이번 인증서 수상을 계기로 20배수,30배수등 단 한건의재해도 없는 사업장이 되도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
