Benjamin Burney Co-founder and Managing Director. Ben has a decade’s experience in International trade, management and worldwide distribution, He established with partners Temuka Seafoods Ltd a global seafood sourcing business supplying household tuna brands in USA - Starkist Inc and Chicken of the Sea. He uses his invaluable knowledge and networks in international distribution and logistics to ensure all Pacific Organic products are delivered on time and their qualitymaintained on delivery. As well as being a director of Pacific Organic, Ben is a shareholder in the Pendarves Group of companies, Ben is also a director of New Zealand packaging company Waipak Ltd.

Ross Burney Co-founder and Sales DirectorRoss is a veteran in the liquor industry whospearheaded the establishment of many domestic andinternational brands, including well-known brands suchas Kim Crawford, Wolf Blass, Baileys and Jack Daniels. A seasoned businessman, Ross has the experience, knowledge and tenacity to help successfully drive Pacific Organic’s range of premium-quality beverages into any marketplace. As well as being a director of Pacific Organic, Ross is also a director of award-winning New Zealand winery, Maven Wines, and partner in the loyalty marketing company, Smart Trade.

Garry Critchley Australasian Sales DirectorGarry started his career in the liquor industry back in 1979 with Liquorland Ltd Tauranga. Then moving to Auckland to work with DB Group as North Island Franchise manager. Garry went on to hold various other senior sales management positions within DB Groups Subsidiaries - Allied Liquor Merchants and New Zealand Liquor. Garry was a vital part in assisting with the amalgamation of Allied Liquor - on premise into the Tasman Liquor distribution business. In 2003 he joined Montana wines and most recently with Pernod Ricard.

Andrew Kriechbaumer US Commercial DirectorAndrew has over 15 years experience in accounting, finance and operations and held many senior management roles in beverage production and distribution companies in the US and the Pacific. His business acumen and extensive knowledge of the industry are invaluable – both to Pacific Organic and our clients. Based in San Diego, Andrew’s role supports our clients in the US and Asia.

Tori Halfon US Sales ManagerBased in Las Vegas, Tori has significant knowledge of the food and beverage industry having worked with many premium brands such as Kraft/Nabisco, Pepsi Cola and Fiji Water. Tori brings to Pacific Organic her expertise in distribution and the US market as well as her first-hand knowledge of the internal processes of casinos andmega-resorts.

WAIPAK IS A NAME THAT IS SYNONYMOUS WITH WORLD-CLASS BOTTLE MANUFACTURING AND BOTTLING FACILITIES IN NEW ZEALAND.

The company’s strong customer ethos, commitment to innovation and robust operating standards have given Waipak a reputation for exceptional customer service and delivery of superior-quality plastic bottles to the beverage market. Clients include reputable Australasian brands such as Fresh-Up, Just Juice, V and New Zealand Natural.

The company uses only the latest in bottling technology. For instance, it has the first two Arburg Hybrid injection moulding presses in Australasia, and the Fasi materials drier which is one of the most energy efficient on the market today. Waipak also utilises innovative PET processing technologies, which enables prototype PET bottles to be produced in just seven days for a fraction of the cost of other bottling companies.

Owners Bruce Keatley and Matt Mannington both have an innate passion for plastics – with both having started their careers in the plastic industry as teenagers. They are actively involved in the day-to-day running of Waipak and have set the standard for the bottling industry inNew Zealand.
