Sefa Industries was founded in July 2001 by 4 specialized technicians in the field of mechanical engineering. They aimed at creating a competitive and lively new working environment.

Thanks to the twenty years‘ Experience, achieved in the mechanical field, SEFA's management team has focused its activity on three main concepts

Nowadays In order to improve our organization and workflow, in April 2009 we moved in a modern and new plant in the centre of the mechanical industrial area of the city of Molfetta.

Products & Services Our know-how is the foundation of our productive capacity, an ever growing quality, thanks to our technicians and worker expertise we are able to product a huge range of items. Established as an outsourcing company, nowadays SEFA is also able to support the client in the stage of design and streamlining of its components, either for executive single details (parts) or for assembled components. Works are executed using customer's draws or samples, with the support of our competence to improve the component features; we are also able to work all kind of materials from the metallic to the plastic ones and supply all the items with heat and surface treatments. Above all, we are specialized in the construction of spindles, calibers and assembled structures provided with all the necessary certificates. The delivered items are ready use.

Mitutoyo Outline Projector PH-A14 This Outline projector is a high performance tool equipped with the Linear Scale measurement system. The 200x100 mm working table makes the PH-A14 suitable for thousand of applications. Using the two additional optional processing unity guarantee an improved measurement care.

Mitutoyo Roundtest RA-120 Max Ø 380 mm - Measurement range ± 1000 μm - Max H. 280 mm - Max rotation error (0,04 + 6H/10 000) μm. Different analysis options: roundness; concentricity; undulation on ray; runout; perpendicularity; thickness variation; flatness; parallelism; interrupted profiles.

Mitutoyo Crysta Apex C-9166 - Tridimensional measurement machine With CRYSTA-APEX series, Mitutoyo offers his customers an easy and reliable tool for the control of tridimensional measurement. Measurement range X=905 - Y=1605 - Z=605 - Accuracy MPEE = (1,7 + 0,4 L/100) μm

Tesa Altimeter MICRO-HITE PLUS 600 Motorized Integrated air cushion to improve the tool displacement on the granite plate. Motorized head for faster handling all over the plate, Tesa µ System to guarantee an easier usage and a precise reliability, automatic error correction (CCA - Computer Aided Accuracy) to guarantee high precision measurement.

Machines Measurement Room

Crosscheck plan Mitutoyo 901 Series Because of its natural features black granite has a huge employment in both traditional and coordinate measurement tools. We chose a Mitutoyo Crosscheck plate for the following reasons: ➢ Dimensional stability: granite is a naturally aged material therefore free of internal stress. ➢ Thermal stability: the thermal dilatation coefficient is smaller than that of steel and cast-iron. ➢ Hardness: the granite hardness is comparable to that of the hardened steel. ➢Wear resistance: hardness guarantees a longer duration of the granite tools. ➢ Work tolerance: working with granite plate allows obtaining a lower flatness than with other traditional materials. Moreover, it has the following characteristics: unassailable by acids, not magnetic, electric insulated, oxidation resistant.

Durometer Mitutoyo HR-320MS Tool with an adavnced technology to measure hardness with the maximum precision according to the Rockwell and Vickers standards (HRC or HV).
