El Paso Community Care Center Offers comprehensive family planning and preventive health services to the community. Family Planning Services are client-centered and are designed for persons of reproductive age. Services include: • Male and female reproductive physical exams • Confidential birth control for men, women, and adolescents • Counseling & education on a wide range of birth control methods to include Hormonal to Non-Hormonal • Pregnancy testing • Basic infertility services Preventative Health Services Include • Screening and treatment for sexually transmitted infections • Pap smears • Breast exams • Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) and non-occupational Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (nPEP) for HIV prevention • Screening and linkage to care for Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) • Referrals for complex male/female reproductive health issues primary care, social services and chemical dependency Services may be paid for with cash, check, debit card, or major credit cards, and the Center accepts insurances, Medicaid, and Healthy Texas Women's Program. Clients may be offered a payment plan if they have difficulty paying. No one will be denied services based on an inability to pay for services. Los Servicios de Salud Preventiva Incluyen
• Detección y tratamiento de infecciones de transmisión sexual
• Papanicolau
• Exámenes de mamas
• Profilaxis previa a la exposición (PrEP) y Profilaxis posexposición no ocupacional (nPEP) para la prevención del VIH
• Detección y vinculación con la atención del virus de la hepatitis C (VHC)
• Derivaciones por problemas complejos de salud reproductiva masculina y femenina, atención primaria, servicios sociales y dependencia de sustancias químicas
Los servicios se pueden pagar con efectivo, cheque, tarjeta de débito o crédito, y el Centro acepta seguros, Medicaid y Healthy Texas Women's Program. A los clientes se les puede ofrecer un plan de pago si tienen dificultades para pagar. A nadie se le negarán los servicios por no poder pagar los servicios.
