COMBO INSTRUCTION LEAFLET - TRAY SHELF & LIQUID RESERVOIR MODEL NOTE: Ensure that all relevant personnel read the points listed below and that a copy is passed on to staff involved with the installation. Please also refer to the ‘Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992’ during the handling of the product and materials used for installation. P. 1 TM OPENING AND CLOSING THE UNIT: 1. 2. 3. 4. Lift the tray shelf upwards so that it is resting against the aperture. Lift both catches on either side of the door at the same time to release it. Pull the door forwards so that it rests on the retention straps. To close, push the door inwards until the catches click into place. Pull the tray holder downwards. Hook the open sack over the steel sack band as shown above. 5. 6. Lifting the sack band slightly, hook the remaining sack over the two rubber grips located on both corners of the bin and replace the sack band to ensure a tight fit. EMPTYING AND REPLACING RESERVOIRS: 7. 8. Open the door of the bin, steps 1-3. Should you need to gain better access to the reservoirs, the door can be removed by unhooking the straps (see circle above). Using two hands, slide one of the reservoirs towards you holding the handle in one hand. IMPORTANT: This may be heavy (less than 10kg) so take care when removing. After emptying the reservoirs, replace by standing them on the reservoir holder. Ensure the handles are at the front for ease of emptying and the warning stickers are facing towards the door . 9. 10. Repeat step 8 to remove the second reservoir. 11. NOTE: To clean the funnel filter caps, open the door and push the caps upwards from the inside of the bin.
