PumaTrack
PumaTrack comprises of an MMA binder system, lead/heavy metal free pigments, aggregates and fillers. PumaTrack is available in a wide range of colours, making it suitable for many different schemes.
Why PumaTrack?• Simple application ensures even, slip resistant finish• Good slip resistance providing enhanced safety• Tough and durable with a long service life• Catalyst controlled, rapid curing, typically 30-40 minutes• Non-toxic binder system• Fast and easy to apply• Highly resistant to discolouration• Can be used on concrete with a suitable primer• Can be adapted to suit particular climatic requirements
Typical Uses• Cycle routes• Paths / walkways• Smaller scale works e.g. car parks, factory loading bays• Road crossings
Compliances/ApprovalsThe management system of Hitex Traffic Safety Ltd has been assessed and registered as meeting the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001 and BS EN ISO 14001.
ColoursPumaTrack is available in a wide range of colours. Standard colours are red, green, yellow and blue. Other colours available on request.
Application MethodPumaTrack is applied to the substrate using a squeegee. For a textured slip-resistant surface, finish with roller or apply suitable aggregate.
On concrete or polished surfaces a suitable primer should be applied to the surface before application. New bituminous substrates should be allowed to weather for a minimum of 28 days with suitable adhesion tests to be carried out on small areas before installation.
PumaTrack requires the use of a catalyst to enable curing of the system. Please refer to the relevant Installation Method Statement for full instructions on the application process. Scan QR code on the front of this data sheet for full product information and information video.

It is recommended that PumaTrack should be kept totally dry and stored away from direct sunlight and areas of potential contamination.
The binder component must be stored away from any catalyst. Stable for at least 12 months when stored in a cool, dry place. Long periods of over-heating (e.g. external storage in summer) may lead to gelling of the material.
