Swirl-move in a twisting or spiralling pattern.

Cascade- a small waterfall, typically one of several that fall in stages down a steep rocky slope.

Grid- a network of lines that cross each other to form a series of squares or rectangles

Schematic- (of a diagram or other representation) symbolic and simplified representation of process. Generally used in scientific or manufacturing drawings.

Rule of Thirds- In the rule of thirds, photos are divided into thirds with two imaginary lines vertically and two lines horizontally making three columns, three rows, and nine sections in the images. Important compositional elements and leading lines are placed on or near the imaginary lines and where the lines intersect.

Radial balance is not very common in artist's compositions, but it is like a daisy or sunflower with everything arranged around a center. Rose windows of cathedrals use this design system.

Geometric-Using repeated overlapping simple and geometric shapes.

Abstract- Freedom from representational qualities in art. Nonrepresentational. Subject matter being non recognisable

Balanced-Symetrical

• Each side is balanced exactly

Balance-Asymetrical

• Both sides are not exactly equal, but composition is balanced by visual weight.
