caring preschool and would love the op-portunity to have your 1-5 year old en-
rolled. A registration form is on our web-site coldspringsumc.org, then click the preschool tab. Please call 704-782-1875
and Carol Hendry, the Preschool Director, will be happy to schedule a tour or answer questions.
M.Y. Heart's ministry is collecting supplies to make blessing bags for the homeless. These items include such things as pocket Bibles, travel shampoos, conditioners, soap, and other necessities. A green bin is located under the mailboxes in the hallway behind the sanctuary and in the narthex. A list of oth-er items are located on the flyer at these collection bins. If
you have questions about this new outreach, email Julie Love at [email protected].
Desserts are needed for the BBQ/Brunswick Stew sale on
Saturday, October 28. If you can provide a dessert (or 2 or

cate on your attendance sheet if you will be able to provide
dessert. Thanks!

Mt. Pleasant Bible Teach-ing Associa-tion needs your help!
They express appreciation for your generous contributions, but funding is needed for their continued expenses of teacher salaries, books, sup-plies, etc. All donations can be given through the church, noted MP Bible Teaching.
In the narthex, you will see an Apple Tree with many “apples” hanging, ready to be picked! Please pick the apples and return the supply written on the apple to our Preschool as they begin their school year and are needing to stock up on the many necessary items. You may return the items to the narthex or the back hallway by the mailboxes. Your support of our Preschool is very much appreciated!! Thank you!
It’s time to start thinking about stirring Brunswick stew. We will be making stew all day Fri-day, October 27th and Saturday, October 28th. We need lots of stirrers. Please e-mail me at [email protected] or text me at 704-792-6342 or text Lynne Helms at 704-425-0233 with the time(s) you would like to stir. You can sign up for 1 pot or for all day. You may also indicate your interest on the weekly attendance sheet. We’d love to have you whenever you can come. No experience neces-sary. We do on the job training! It’s a great time of fun and fellowship (along with lots of great food to eat). Thanks in advance for your help.
Our college kids are back in full swing. We are asking the congre-gation for help in sup-plying them with a "Fall care pack-age". Please help fill their package with all sorts of autumn goodies! A bin will be located under the mailboxes for your donation. We have 8 college kids this semester. Thank you!
