A small factory, which was started in Hagen- Hohenlimburg, developed during the past decades into the Bilstein GrOup, one of the most impor-tant cold rolled strip manufacturers worldwide. the success story of our family owned company became possible through the tireless effort of our employees and through the vision of our company management. tradition and progress have a name: Bilstein GrOup.

HuGO VOGelsAnG has found international recognition as the manufacturer of hardened and unhardened quality and stainless steels. the company was founded in 1908 and a member of the Bilstein GrOup since 1996. the company specializes in the finest thick-ness tolerances as well as alloyed and unalloyed tool steels of all grades in accor-dance with Din en – in special cast and fine steel grades. HuGO VOGelsAnG‘s band steels provide close flatness tolerances and manufacturing margins – even when in a tempered condition.

the C. VOGelsAnG cold rolling mill is one of the leading manu-facturers of quality band steels. the company was founded in 1909 and part of the Bilstein GrOup since 2003. it has estab-lished its position in the group by specializing on especially thin and thick dimensions. the pro-ducts are characterized by extreme ductility and consis-tency. the reversing mill concept of C. VOGelsAnG is the basis for the production of clean surfaces and a variety of finishes.

the Czech cold rolling mill KWW is the focal point of the Bilstein GrOup in eastern europe since 2005 and has an outstanding image as a band steel supplier. the company has a large product portfolio including all grades of the traditional cold rolled strip production – including soft iron grades, micro-alloyed grades and carbon steel grades. in addition, KWW operates an in-house heat-treatment plant.

Biss provides a special service – our steel service for small quantities from few 100 kg up to 5,000 kg with short delivery times.With own longitudinal pitch plant Biss supplies fast, flexibly and unbureau-craticall – in used first- class Bilstein quality.
