Below are customer parts shown in various stages from
receipt to finish. The various treaded holes and extensions were
plugged to prevent coating. Powder coating hasbeen tested in 1000+ hours in a salt spray environment with
no corrosion.
Most standard protectives such as zinc, cad, or paintingdo not have the protective life (only about 100-hours in
a salt spray) that a powder coating should provide.
These other coatings are not as cost effectivewhen compared to a powder coated alternative.
CTI can coat any color inthe rainbow. Using the most popular powder vendors, we can applyepoxy, urethane, hybrids, and specials to your parts
quickly and cost effectively.Our standard colors are: Black, Gray, Tan, Silver, Red,and Blue. (Stocking Charges may apply for non-standard colors)

Torsion springs are usedin a variety of applica-tions where torsionalforce is needed.
Extension Springs
Extension Springsmay be wound with initial tensionwhich holds the coils together andoffers added resistance to a pullingforce.Extension Springs can have many differ-ent styles of hooked and looped ends.Remember - the highest stress point ison the hooks or ends.
