Co-curricular Activities :

MARCH :

I. Distribution of school uniform provided by the company (HIL) to students belonging to the same. Other

students get it procured from different outlets.

II. The School-Almanac being provided to the concerned for all the detailed information about the school rules and

regulations, school-calendar, examination schedule, curricular and co-curricular activities.

Staff Meeting : On the commencement of the session, a staff meeting is held regarding the planning of

different sorts to regulate the educational systems being used differently for the whole session to solve the

Teaching-Learning problems if any, to be sorted out time to time with the consent of the concerned.

Nursery Classes : Commencement of nursery classes.

An orientation for the parents of the children is also arranged welcoming them to the school.

Orientation: An orientation meeting for the Board classes discusses all the new trends regarding the examination, its

impact and the preparation for the exam.

House Meeting : It is held regarding the teamwork planning, the development of co- operative attitude

and team work among students and staff too. It inculcates the house spirit among students identifying

themselves important, indispensible which foster a healthy comradeship, brotherhood and leadership.

APRIL :

Commencement of new session

Baisakhi celebrations a historical and religious festival in Sikhism and Hinduism.

Chhau Dance Performance ( by SPICMACAY) a semi-classical Indian dance with martial, tribal, and

folk traditions, with origins in Eastern India.

Safety Drill (Fire) demonstration by Safety Department, GIL.

Inter-House Literary & Sports Activities : Hindi and English story writing, Hindi Calligraphy, Art

Competition, English Elocution (Unsung Heroes), English Story Telling, Show and Tell, Chess and

Carrom.

School Closed for Nursery Classes : The nursery classes are closed, proceeding for Summer Vacation.

MAY :

Parent-Teacher Meet : A Parent-Teacher Meet for classes I to XII.

Summer Vacation : Summer Vacation continues from 13th May to 30th June.

JULY :

Staff -Meeting : A staff-meeting to discuss the Board Results and the ways to regulate the Teaching-

Learning process at the school smoothly.

School reopens from L.K.G. to XII - Classes started from L.K.G. to class XII as usual.

Fruit Day celebration by Kindergarten students.

A Counseling Session by the Principal for the students of classes IX to XII

A Parent-Teacher Meet to convince the parents about the usage of the new software ERP.

Jarma Wellness LLP program which addresses all the dimensions of a child’s health (Mental and

Physical Well Being) through a combination of counseling, testing and interventions to be held in the

Swachhata Abhiyan with the objective of bringing a fortnight of intense focus on the issues

and practices of Swachhata. A prize distribution ceremony for the same.

Teachers’ Day: Students host a small but beautiful inspiring function to show respect and love

towards their teachers.

(2019-2020)

Inter House Football; Kabaddi, Basketball, Chess and Carrom competitions of Boys and

Girls, Inter class Inter class Football, Kabaddi and Basketball were organized during

session- 2019-2020.

Miss Neeti Bansal X-A & Master Abhay Bansal IX-A participated in Hindalco Open Chess

Championship- 2019 from 06th May 2019 to 8th May 2019 and Secured 1st Position in

under 16 years age group in Male and Female.

The school Swimming team participated in Hindalco Open Swimming Championship- 2019,

which got organized by Hindalco Industries Renukoot on Dated 27th june 2019 at Hindalco

swimming pool, Renukoot. The position secured by our school students were-
