•PO ConfirmationPO received only the day before delivery, some after deliveryPO Contents differ from confirmation 2 different PO from 1 same customer, sales do not know if it is extra sales for them or is the 1st PPO sent is wrong or not.No quotation but customer send PO. When plants delivered, it is not what they wanted. As they went to Flowershop website. But picture is different from description.
•Confirmation Date/TimingPurchasing have sent out the ETA of plants arriving from China.Delivery date was put by sales person before plants can arriveConfirmation of timing the night before, no informing of operations, till next working day, sales started to blame operation why the plant have not arrived at customers place.
