The CMB RS225 Rockstar is a modern state-of-the-art, all roller bearing cone crusher. Thecrusher features hydraulic adjustment whichenables the operator to rapidly change thedischarge setting, if necessary during crushing.
The machines hydraulics also incorporate tramp metalrelease, automatic reset and an unblocking feature whichwill clear the crushing chamber quickly.
Re-metalling is carried out with the crushing head in situ.The short shaft configuration, which requires no topbearing, enables all major components to be removedfrom above and demands minimal headroom forinstallation and maintenance.
The proven all roller bearing design provides for lowerpower consumption, long life, easy spares availabilityand the need for a more compact lubrication system.
