Job descriptionMaintain appropriated records to ensure that procurement process, decision, and contractual agreement are accurately documented for accountability and audit purpose.
Work with Forecast to vendors & get On time deliveries from the vendor.
Work on ERP, like SAP for Forecast, Purchase orders & MRP.
Day to day procurement support for smooth operations.
Managing vendors in terms of quality, delivery & capacity.
Implement and be custodian for the Material management SOPs..
Prepares reports on procurement activities as needed.
Conducts bid openings.
Assists with and trains employees on procurement, warehouse, and contract policies and procedures.
Approves purchase orders.
Supervises staff and attends meetings in the absence of the Purchasing & Contracts Manager.
Receive the approved requisitions by Director of the Office of Administration and process the appropriate documents procedures for local purchases/Services/Contracts.
Coordinate with requestors and make sure the right materials needed.
Provide purchased materials to the responsible receiving office and do all actions for completing the process.
Perform other duties related field as assigned by supervisor.

Must have excellent analytical skills and communication skills.
The incumbent must have initiative & drive along with leadership quality.
