A Brief Profile
Clixoo is a specialty software solution provider for the Cleantech domain. We operate in the unique
intersection of clean technology and information technology. With our decade-long expertise in operating
in a variety of cleantech domains, and with our base in India, a country known for its software
expertise, we assist companies, organizations, governments and other stakeholders develop a range of IT
solutions in the cleantech domain.
We started in the year 2007 as Clixoo Solutions Pvt Ltd to provide solutions and support to the Renewable
Energy and Cleantech industry.
Energy Alternatives India (EAI) was formed as a division of Clixoo to provide Consulting, Research,
Promotion and Marketing support to the fast growing Renewable Energy and Cleantech industry in India.
We were one of the first-of-its kind Consulting & Research firm exclusively for Renewable Energy Sector.
Started by a team of professionals from IITs and IIMs having prior experience in the IT and alternative
energy industries, we have had the opportunity to work in most of the diverse Renewable energy sectors
such as Solar, Wind, Biomass, Bio-fuels, Waste-to-energy etc.
Another division of Clixoo - Solar Mango was started in the year 2013 as an exclusive division for Solar.
We have worked on a variety of strategic assignments right from the beginning of the solar power
phenomenon in India. We have done assignments from polysilicon to module manufacturing to power
plant development until the tail end – off-grid solar products such as solar lanterns and streetlights in the
entire Solar PV value chain.
