ExTREME CHARGE ACCuRACy. GuARANTEED PERfORMANCE.The high cost of the R-1234yf gas sets a challenge connected to the need of optimizing the recovered amounts of gas to be re-injected into the vehicle in order to avoid waste. Brain Bee has been working also on the identification of the accurate amounts of gas to be charged. Such accuracy is one of the main feature of the new Stations of the BRAIN BEE 1234 line.

In particular, thanks to the volumetric injection technology (CLIMA-1234 PH), deviation to the selected rated values drops below 1%, thus allowing a remarkably efficient use of the gas and hence total costs control.

This system can be applied to both traditional technology (using the R-134a gas) and new lines using the R-1234yf gas: the immediate advantage is to have an even more performing, quicker and more accurate tool in the management of the recovery and recharge phases, particularly suitable to those vehicles requiring high gas injection ability.

Considering its performance features, Brain Bee suggests this technological application in particular for the A/C recharge Stations dedicated to the BUS service (CLIMA-9000 P BUS) or to the Stations working with the R-1234yf gas since it allows utmost charge accuracy .

HOW IT WORKS:The VOLUMETRIC INJECTION technology uses compression generated by the dosing cylinder which turns the present gas into liquid state thus reducing its volume. The special electronically controlled INJECTOR can hence push the liquefied gas into the vehicle circuit following a completely automatic sequence. A controlled system for the opening/closing of couplers allows for the recovery phase and optimizes the charge cycle by allowing injection exclusively under suitable pressure conditions.

Brain Bee fit the whole CLIMA range with a SPECIAL FUNCTION allowing an extension of up to 100 times of the average life of the oil in the pump used in the station.

It can be activated when the station is not used, it allows the automatic execution of a cycle of oil regeneration which is hence purified in its organoleptic components and enhance its use by also improving the use of the station.

Ex: if the average pump oil change time is every 60 service hours, thanks to the new function of PUMP OIL REGENERATION the oil change can be postponed after 6000 hours of use!

A comprehensive management software for garages. It’s aim is

1. to provide a tool for the management and storage of data relating to A/C recharge interventions on vehicles of Brain Bee customers, 2. to update the software and database present on the Recharge Station 3. to keep correctly the register on purchases and sales of fluorinated gases for a correct annual balance of fluorinated gases (REG. 842/2006).

Thanks to the CLIMA SOLuTION software and the mobile storage device ACu, garage professionals will be able to transfer on their PCs data relating to every service operation, to download from the web any update (both software and database) and easily install them on their CLIMA recharge station. The tool also allows compliance with provisions set forth by the European Regulation on the reduction of fluorinated gas emissions as well as automatic printout of service reports.

It is conceived to favor a rational management and to be a useful support for a cost/effective management of the A/C recharge activity of garages. The management software offers several support activities:

• Automatic import of memory data from Brain Bee CLIMA stations and storage

• Consultation and recovery of saved records, for comparison or historical memory purposes

• Simultaneous management of several BRAIN BEEN CLIMA service stations for a centralized management of all operations concerning the A/C recharge Service

• Manual entry of other operations carried out with other A/C service stations (other than Brain Bee ones)

• Printing of reports on the recharge activity (to evidence and stress the value of the carried out service as well as the amount of recharged refrigerant to the customer)

• Management of the fluorinated gases report by comparing the amounts of purchased or sold gases and the automatic management of gas handled for the activity of the Clima Recharge Station
