Clearview, Moon Park Team Up for New Playground Clearview FCU helps support state-of-the-art play space

Pittsburgh, PA, August 30, 2019…Clearview FCU and Moon Township Parks and Recreation celebrated the new Moon Park playground with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, August 28. Clearview FCU, has joined the efforts of Moon Township Parks and Recreation in creating a brand new, state-of-the-art inclusive playground area at Moon Park, the 50-year-old township landmark. Clearview’s sponsorship of the new “Splash Pad” will help the park offer a unique play area that will accommodate children and adults of all ages and abilities. In addition to the new Splash Pad area, new, high-tech playground equipment for other play areas has been installed, featuring opportunities for exercise and play for all abilities. Renovations to Moon Park include age-appropriate play spaces for children, the use of a more natural play area, an outdoor adult exercise and yoga space, and the Clearview-sponsored Splash Pad. The renovated areas will use equipment from leading inclusive-playground equipment maker Miracle Recreation, which will give access to more children and families in the community.

and Chairman of the Board of Directors Doug Montanari joined government officials from around the area to celebrate the grand opening

of this major renovation. Other members of the Clearview Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors were also in attendance.
