An Easy Slide should never be fitted to an existing inbuilt fridge slide, Warranty on the both Drawer IMPORTANT:

System and Easy Slide will be made Void if attempted. Easy Slides should only be fitted to a solid, fixed,

timber tops.

Step 1: Preparing the vehicle

Remove any cargo barrier dividers or shelving over the drawer system;

E nsure there will be no tie down lugs under the proposed positioning of the easy slide; and

E nsure the top of the drawer is free from debris.

IMPORTANT: Leave the protective plastic sleeves on the gas struts to either

side of the cradle for additional protection during assembly

Step 3: Complete Assembly of the Easy Slide

The Easy Slide MUST be bolted to a drawer top or at least partially IMPORTANT:

secured to a workbench via clamps at the rear to enable safe lowering of the

cradle (this installation guide will detail on a drawer top). DO NOT attempt to lower

the cradle prior to securing the slide. The side assist struts are under pre-load pressure

and considerable downward force on the handle will be required.

Step 2: Remove the Easy Slide from the Packaging

Place the Easy Slide on the vehicle drawer system, positioned roughly in place (refer figure 1)

R emove the drawer from underneath the slide

R elease the Easy Slide Transit Lock by pushing the centred yellow lever towards the right (refer figure 2)

Free the cradle for movement by pushing downwards on the yellow lever positioned to the right (refer figure 3), then

slide the cradle forwards to reveal the rear fixing holes (refer figure 4)

U sing timber screws, temporarily affix the rear of the Easy Slide to the drawer top (refer figure 5)

Once the Easy Slide is secured, slide the cradle out to full extension, ensuring the slide lock has been engaged. An

audible 'click' can be heard when the slide lock has engaged (refer figure 7)

P lace the ply chock on the back edge of the fridge cradle (refer figure 8). This will be required to hold the cradle in

a lowered position.

Carefully manoeuvre the main arm so that the notch at the base of the arm lines up under the strut fixing. The strut

fixing will act as a temporary pivot to lower the cradle.

7 8

IMPORTANT: The pivot end narrowly misses the gas struts on either side of the cradle. Although each strut is

currently protected by temporary plastic sleeves, care should still be taken to ensure the struts are

not scratched at this point.

By pushing down on the handle, slowly lower the cradle until the top of the ply chock slips under the back edge of the

cradle frame

T he handle can now be released as the chock will stop the cradle from lifting.

Connect the handle to the Easy Slide by lining up the fixing holes at the bottom of the main arms with the thread in the

pivot point and inserting two (2) M10x16mm bolts with the Allen Key supplied.
