Clear Instruction 1. Please follow the plan as per the instruction, in case you haven’t received any revised plans from the planning. 2. In no case what so ever any production should be stopped on any line. The Production supervisor should look and follow the next day plan, if incase the current plan is achieved. 3. The production team should check and follow-up with the warehouse for the each item and material scheduled for the next day plan. If shortage found, please inform the planning team. 4. It is instructed to the production team to complete the earlier plans given to them, before going for next day plan. 5. Once the production schedule is received by the production team, they have one hour to acknowledge and raise their queries relating to the schedule.
