    Women and WorkThe Women and Work Programme, Sector Pathways Initiative from Lantra, the Sector Skills Council for environment andland-based industries are pleased to launch the next phase of funding.Lantra Skills Coach, Angela Kimberley brings you the opportunity to apply for a 450 grant when you spend a minimumof 650 on training between April 2010 and January 2011.

    To be eligible you must be a women and work within one of the following sectors: Aquaculture, Agricultural, Fencing,Fisheries Management, Farriery, Game & Wildlife Management, Land-based Engineering, Horticulture, Landscape,Trees & Timber, and Environmental Conservation industries. Training can be delivered by your choice of provider.Some examples of completed training include Forest School training, Chainsaw Training, Project Management,Management Training, IT Courses, and Website design. 450 grant when you spend a minimum of 650 on training (exclusive of VAT) 200 employer contribution perindividual required/if self employed you must be willing to pay this yourself Minimum of 15 Hours training which must becompleted by January 2011 15 hours Mentoring time to run alongside training (please note your mentor cannot beyour trainer) Training must be completed between April 2010 and January 2011 Training can be delivered by yourchoice of provider Application forms for both Stage 1 and Stage 2 paperwork must be submitted and approved to
