Cidan mechanical shear model HSM-F is desined in a stron, all-welded constrction. The shear is driven b a strd direct drive ear motor with overload rela. As standard model HSM-F has all necessar montin holes and fittins for later sppl of special eqipment.

The control board is easil accessible for the operator and is comprised of main switch, emerenc stop, switch with sinal lamp for connection of control crrent, switch for sinle stroe or continos stroe, as well as stroe conter with 0-position.

The atomatic hold down nit has a non-sid rbber pad. The shear table is provided with a sqarin arm with bilt-in scale.

Model MS-R is the stronest shear in Cidan’s proram. Of corse model MS-R has the same basic eqipment as the HSM-F shear, btfrthermore model MS-R is spplied with blade ap adjstment as a standard featre.

The blade ap adjstment maes it possible to achieve the best cttin reslt in all sheet thicnesses. The blade ap is set qicl andcorrectl via two handles, and the size of the blade ap is read off scales.

The rail arranement on the table can be combined to meet the cstomer’s demands – sqarin arm and table extensions are availablein different lenths with roove, tiltin stops, and scales. Plastic coated rails are offered as an option.

Sheet support with delivery to FRONT

When cttin thin materials the sheet mst be spported drin measrin. A sheet spport sstemprevents the material from hanin down ntil it toches the bac ae rail.Frthermore, HSM-F and MS-R shears can be spplied with different sstems to deliver the ct-off

sheets to the front or to the rear of the machine.

Sheet spport with retrn plate– delivers the ct-off sheets to thefront of the shear. The sheet sp-port is activated b a as sprinand is eas to connect and discon-nect.

The CIDAN ct to lenth line model Compact is a fll atomatic line and spplied in a ver compact constrction for coil width’s p to1250 mm (49”). No other manfactrer can beat the qalit and accrac of the ct and slit pieces in a line of this size.

With this line, the prodctivit can be drasticall increased b prorammin different lenth’s and pieces and the se of material will beoptimized with mch less scrap.

The Compact has a straihtenin nit with 5 rolls and the ct to lenth is done b a motorized mechanical shear. A CNC control with a color toch screen ives o the possibilit to store man prorams. The Compact is prepared and can be fitted with a slittin nit incl. 2 pairs of slittin blades – extra blades are possible. As standard, the line is operated from the left side, bt can be spplied in ”riht side operation” in order to satisf the individal

space reqirements.

The CIDAN ct to lenth line model Trbo cts and straihtens sheets at hih speed’s.This machine is constrcted with heav dt side frames for feedin, straihtenin, slittin (option) and cttin to lenth.

The rolls are ear driven in an oil bath and the heav solid rolls and other parts have been dimensioned for hih prodctionat maximm capacit.

The Trbo will handle pre-painted sheets and other sensitive materials and minimize scratches and mars on the srface. The Trbo can be fitted with Cidan ncoilers and stacin tables for eas and qic handlin of coils and sheets.
