"This is not just a legacy ..."That was my first thought when I was appointed to be the third principal

of the CIB Student Chapter FSPU-U|TM 2010 12011; which in turn highlight the direction to cruisethis chapter. ln spite of that, I reckoned with CIBSC FSPU-UiTM function in year 2010 up to the halfquarter of 2011, seems to be far more than the continuous effort that has been paved by the last twochapters in the commitment of organising event, seminars and conferences. CIBSC FSPU-U|TMshall be in the forefront on the conducting such events or activities yet being the research lingkagesto flourish the academia and industry players'attempt in producing ideas, theory, and innovationbenefit to all stakeholders particularly in construction industry. Therefore, it evident that our very ownCIBSC could manage range of prudent activities in its seminars, workshops, conferences, and socialresponsibilities event, which eventually enhance the knowledge, skills and also our effective network. Many thanks shall be my sincere gratitude to all contributors who engage directly or indirectly tooursuccess eventsuch as NAPAS2010, Series of Talks on Contemporary lssues in Constructionlndustry, Workshops, Seminars, Lectures, Trips, and finallythe MiCRA 2010 which was organisedon early December 2010 recently.

Through this third ship,we target to sail through our proposed activities such as the 6th lnternationalConference on Construction in the 21st Century (CITC-V|), Co - host Conferences with U|TMResearch Management lnstitute (RMl);lnternational Symposium in Business Engineering & lndustrialApplications (lSBElA), ICT workshops, Seminars and Trips with visiting professor (Prof. Dr. CharlesEgbu), and other frequent outdoor activities. Therefore, on behalf of the CIBSC FSPU U|TM,this bulletin is our informative media to set ourselves apart by consistently providing events andtrends in the research area. Finally, I do hope that CIBSC FSPU - U|TM will become a sustainablelegacy that continuously boost up the national development through academic research.
