We have special programs for children, teens and adults who would like to become Catholic or complete their Sacraments. Please call 856-983-0077.
LOVE IS IN THE AIR Congratulations to all who have been recently engaged! We invite you to consider a Church wedding (contrary to what you may have heard, Church weddings do not have to be BIG church weddings!). We would be honored to help you prepare for your wedding day. Please call the Parish Office (ask for Pat—856.983.0077) at your earliest convenience. Marriage prep in the Church is easier (and more fun) than you may think!
CONSIDERING A DESTINATION WEDDING? If you are considering a destination wedding, please give us a call to discuss available options to have your marriage blessed as one of the seven Sacraments. Even if you aren’t sure what the Sacrament of Marriage is all about, give us a call. We think you will be pleasantly surprised!
ALREADY CIVILLY MARRIED?
Or married in another faith tradition? We would love to talk to you about having your marriage blessed in the Catholic Church.

TABERNACLE CANDLE INTENTION
Our Tabernacle Candle will remain lit during the week of: November 29nd to December 5th In Memory of Marian & George Cook Requested by Loving Family
REMEMBER OUR DECEASED
Please pray for the soul of Spencer Norris, whose Funeral Mass was celebrated Nov. 28th Also please remember in your prayers the consolation of his family.
GOSPEL MARK 13:33-37 Jesus said to his disciples: “Be watchful! Be alert! You do not know when the time will come. It is like a man traveling abroad. He leaves home and places his servants in charge, each with his own work, and orders the gatekeeper to be on the watch. Watch, therefore; you do not know when the Lord of the house is coming, whether in the evening, or at midnight, or at cockcrow, or in the morning. May he not come suddenly and find you sleeping. What I say to you, I say to all: ‘Watch!’”

First Sunday of Advent
A Pandemic Advent
QUESTIONS TO SHARE 1) Where is God restoring power in your
community? What do you have to do to help? 2) St. Paul says: You are not lacking in any
spiritual gift. How would it change your family or faith community if you lived out this belief?
3) How is God calling you to be watchful during this Advent?
PRAYER FOR SPIRITUAL COMMUNION (during the time we cannot be present for Mass) “My Jesus, I believe that You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament. I love You above all things, and I desire to receive You into my soul. Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if You are already there and unite myself wholly to You. Never permit me to be separated from you. Amen.”
Dear Parishioners and Friends,
None of us dreamed Advent would arrive and we would still be talking about COVID-19. But, here we are and here it still is and we are still waiting for the day we can take off our masks and come together under one roof to pray and worship God, as well as to gather with all our family and friends.
STILL WAITING … seems an appropriate theme for these four weeks of preparing for Christmas and also for the Coming of the Lord. Perhaps the earliest of Christians, those in the second or third or fourth centuries, would find it hard to believe that in the 21st Century we are still waiting for the Second Coming of Christ.
But we are.
Here’s the kicker. Maybe God is still waiting, too.
Still Hoping!
Fr. Rich
SJA Stewardship Report by Fr. Rich Enclosed in this bulletin on page 5, you will find a report on parish/school revenues and expenditures from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020. It seems appropriate to share this report on Thanksgiving Weekend because I am so grateful to all of you, our parishioners and friends who have so faithfully supported our parish community during one of the most difficult years we have ever experienced. Because of your continued generosity this year and in the past, our overall financial condition remains healthy in spite of the shortfall shown in the report. This shortfall is due to building projects (which we anticipated funding through our Capital Reserve Fund in lieu of a fundraising campaign), and an unanticipated drop in Sunday collections during the first half of the year due to the pandemic. Your generosity also allows us as a parish to reach out and assist many of our friends and neighbors who are struggling financially due to the pandemic. I am also grateful to the members of our Finance Council, as well as to Theresa Segin, our Parish Business Manager, and Alyson Baranowski, our bookkeeper, who put together this report and who offer sound advice all year long.
STILL WAITING ... An Advent Virtual
Reflection Look for it on the Website and

Presenter: Fr. Rich Turns out we’ve been doing Advent all year because
Advent is all about waiting. Using lessons we’ve learned during this pandemic
year, Fr. Rich hopes to share a few insights and ideas to enrich our Advent Preparation.

May Christ lift our spirit as we prepare our hearts and homes for Christmas.
Help us, Lord God, to be a light of hope to all we meet during these Advent days.
We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord,
who lives and reigns for ever and ever.
