The Grantley Suite is being transformed into a winter wonderland this Christmas so you and your guests will be transported to a magical setting where you can enjoy great food, fine wine and exciting entertainment. The Suite boasts a private bar, a glittering chandelier, dance-floor and the décor has been designed to create a sparkling atmosphere. A private outdoor terrace provides a beautiful view

of the Hall in the background.

On weekend dates throughout December the Grantley Suite and

Japanese Garden will be transformed into the magical world of Narnia,

bringing to life the mystical creatures of this well-loved children’s book

and film. Younger guests will be able to enjoy the excitement of both a visit to Santa and entry to a magical world of

fantasy figures.

A tempting 4 course menu including tea, coffee and petit fours will be served

with live entertainment in the background. Younger guests will be invited to wander through our Narnia

inspired winter trail to our Santa’s Grotto where a meeting with Santa awaits.

A DJ is included for events of 60 guests and above. Additional entertainment can be arranged at client’s request and charged accordingly. Hire of Valeria’s Champagne & Cocktail Bar available for an additional charge. A provisional booking can be made and held for up to 14 days at no charge. Private parties and private dining events - once an event confirms an initial 25% deposit of the full amount is required to secure the booking and full pre-payment is required at least 28 days prior to your event. All drinks & wine to be charged separately. Grantley Hall offers a 3 night New Year’s package at this time of year so unfortunately accommodation cannot be offered separately on the 31st December. Event contract will detail the payment schedule. Joiner party – A 10% non-refundable and non - transferable deposit will be required to secure your booking. Full pre-payment is required at least 28 days prior to arrival. Minimum numbers will apply to all events on Fridays and Saturdays. Please discuss your requirements with our events team for full details. A limited number of rooms are available at a discounted room rate of 10% for guests attending Christmas parties and dining. These are on a first come first serve basis, subject to availability at time of booking and usual room T&Cs will apply and will only be offered Sunday to Thursday only. Where applicable, menu pre-orders, must be advised a minimum of 3 weeks prior to arrival otherwise the hotel reserves the right to make a decision on the dishes served. Dietary requirements must be advised a minimum of 3 weeks prior to arrival. Please note that menus are subject to change, but any changes will be advised in writing in advance of the event. Grantley Hall reserves the right to amend or withdraw any of the advertised packages or dates subject to booking numbers. All events are promoted subject to availability. Lunch EventsGrantley Hall is currently working on a variety of special lunch events that will take place throughout December. Further details, dates and prices will be available
