Give us this day our daily bread;

Mark your calendar
Jan 19th - Trinity Annual Meeting /
Breakfast between services
Would you have time to help us? Trinity is in need of volunteers to help with ushering
and greeting at our services, as well as people to help video the
services.
As greeters, just a smile and a handshake can be so
inviting to people attending our services.
Our ushers add a valuable service in also welcoming
people, and helping with offerings and communion.
The video recorders are necessary to record services so
that those unable to attend may be able to view the services on
TV or on our website. We, of course, would provide training
for both the ushers and video recorders.
If you could find the time to help us, it would be such a
blessing to our church and, we believe, rewarding for you
as well. Please call the church office if you would like to
volunteer. Thank you for your prayerful consideration.
COMMITTEE MEMBERS FOR 2020 Once again, it is time to elect new committee members
for the coming year. We pray that you will want to be a vital
part in the operation and planning of Trinity’s future. Please
consider how you may be able to lend your talents and
knowledge to the decisions we make as a church to further
enhance our growth within our church and community. Our
committees consist of : Deacons, Education, Endowment,
Evangelism, Stewardship, Trustees, and Youth and Family.
Please call the church office if you are interested in more
information on the responsibilities of the various committees.
Thank you for your prayerful consideration.

A Heartfelt Thank You
With sincere gratitude we would like to express
how much we appreciate the efforts of all of
our volunteers. You have given your time and
talents through volunteering for Children’s Ministry
programs, funerals, Bach’s lunch, KOINONIA, recycling,
Prison ministry, Meals on Wheels, quilters, Prayer Shawl
Ministry, and our various boards. Please know how truly
blessed we feel for all that you have contributed to Trinity.
Contribution Envelopes
Contribution envelopes for the entire year of
2020 can be found in alphabetical order on the
west side of the sanctuary. Thank you for
saving Trinity the cost of postage by not
mailing them to you.
December Mission of the Month: “Food for Thought”
Yankton “Food For Thought “ provides food and nutritional education to school age children and their families. Two programs are utilized to support this mission There are over 380 sacks that are packed weekly and distributed to all of the grade schools, middle school, Sacred Heart school, and Headstart. We are currently serving over 125 families through the school food pantry. Our main focus is to capture working parents and high school aged students. Of the children we currently serve, we still feel that we are only reaching 1/3 of those categorized as below the poverty level. These statistics don’t include so many that are working and living check to check. Your donations feed the hungry kids right here in Yankton. Thank you for your consideration and for your contributions. Carla Hummel, “Yankton Food For Thought” President

“God has given each of you some special abilities; be sure to use
them to help each other, passing on to others God’s many kinds of
blessings. Are you called to preach? Then preach as though God
himself were speaking through you. Are you called to help others?
Do it with all the strength and energy that God supplies, so that God
