Founded in April, 1982, China Crop Protection Industry Association (CCPIA) was one of the earliest trade associations in China's chemical field. It is a non-profit national institution covering different regions, organizations/departments and industries, and possesses independent legal person status.

In the course of the more than two decades period since its establishment, CCPIA has undergone rapid development, witnessing its members increased from the originally 45 to 564 at present, covering producers/ enterprises , R & D and design institutions, universities and colleges, provincial/municipal pesticide associations related with technicals and formulations, intermediates, auxiliaries, packing materials, packing equipments and applying machines, etc. CCPIA members companies' production value accounts for 90% of the national total pesticide production.

2015 International Forum on the Procurement & Services of Crop Protection Products and Conference on Crop Protection Science & Technology, in parallel with AgroChemEx (ACE) 2015, organized by China Crop Protection Industry Association, will be held in Shanghai in October, 2015. The List of Top 100 China Pesticide Enterprises (By sales) in 2015 Released Wynca Ranks First

Recently, the list of Top 100 China Pesticide Enterprises (By sales) in 2015 was officially released by CCPIA. Zhejiang Wynca Chemical ranks first again by sales of 3.805 billion yuan (613.7 million dollars). Beijing Nutrichem and Nanjing Redsun rank second and third respectively with 3.737 billion yuan (602.7million dollars) and 3.547 billion yuan (572.1 million dollars).

Compared with the year of 2014, the growth rate of top 100 China pesticide enterprises in 2015 increased stably. The total sales have reached 106.334 billion yuan (17.15 billion dollars), an increase of 9% on a year-on-year basis; the threshold for being a shortlist in the list rose from 297 million yuan (47.9 million dollars) to 324 million (52.3 million dollars), an increase of 9% compared with last year.

The first ten enterprises in the Top 100 list basically stay the same with last year, but the ranking among them changed radically. Due to the stagnant glyphosate market, the sales of Zhejiang Jinfanda, Jiangsu Yangnong and Fuhua Tongda Agro-chemical

have all dropped, with the rankings respectively falling to the fifth, the seventh and the eighth. Under the vigorous impact of a rising pyridine-paraquat industry chain, the sales of Nanjing Redsun rose by 19%; and thanks to strategic brand transformation, the sales of Weifang Rainbow Chemical rose by 12% compared with 2014. Among the first ten enterprises, the ranking change of Zhejiang Zhongshan Chemical Group was unexpected. Since the sales of its subsidiary company Anhui Zhongshan Chemical were included, the ranking of Zhejiang Zhongshan Chemical roar to the ninth from last year’s 28th. Its sales rose by 140% compared with last year.

In a nutshell, influenced by the economic downturn, the glorious two-digit growth rate of the overall business of the industry or of the top 100 enterprises was no longer in existence, but the stable growing trend has been continued. A variety of new ideas and modes have been vigorously developed, which have broken through the bottlenecks encountered in transforming and upgrading the industry.

According to the statistical work on the pesticide sales in 2014 of over 1,000 enterprises in the industry by China Crop Protection Industry Association (CCPIA), recently, the sales ranking list of the pesticide enterprises was officially released. The Top 30 Pesticide Formulators (By Sales) has also been freshly released.

Among the top 30 enterprises, Noposion again ranked first by the sales of 2.203 billion yuan (355.32 million dollars). This is the fourth time that Noposion ranked first. Rotam and Guangxi Tianyuan rank the second and third respectively with 1.388 billion yuan (223.87 million dollars) and 1.069 billion yuan (172.42 million dollars). The total sales of the top 30 formulators have reached a new high, 14.013 billion yuan (2.26 billion dollars), an increase of 13.4% compared with the year of 2014. The threshold of the

top 30 formulators has risen to 185 million yuan (29.8 million dollars), an increase of 27.0% compared with the year of 2014. Telling from the sales, there are still four enterprises the sales of which have exceeded one billion yuan. The third and the fourth one exchanged their ranking order compared with last year, but there was no remarkable difference between their sales.

Compared with the top 100 enterprises, the sales of the top 30 formulators have risen more radically, which testifies the fact that the scale of China’s preparation industry has been increasingly enhanced, the enterprises have changed their role from TC suppliers to brand builders and the effect of the industrial structure adjustment has become increasingly remarkable.

Recently, the List of Top Crop Protection Pesticide Brands (By Sales) was officially released, revealing the top pesticide brands by sales for the very first time in the industry.

In the list of Top 10 Herbicide Brands, old brands have still ranked at the top of the list. Wynca’s

“Nongxingwang” (30% glyphosate SL) takes the first place and Shandong Luba’s “Xunchu” (20% paraquat AS) comes next. Compound formulations with 2,4-D dimethyl amine salt, acetochlor, bentazone and others as actives also made to the Top 10 List (See the table below for details).

In the list of Top 10 Insecticide Brands (by sales), the formulation type of EC occupies the most, WDG is the next. Pyrethroid is the most common active. Yanhua Yoloo’s “Saofei” (80% nitenpyram•pymetrozine WDG)

ranks first in the list. It is worth mentioning that Shenyang Kechuang Chemical’s independent product 9080 (10% SYP9080 SC) made it to the Top Ten List and ranks the fifth (See the table below for details).

Top 10 Fungicide Brands (by sales), the status of the old products remained and became even firmer as time goes by. Limin Chemical’s “Limin” (80% mancozeb WP) occupies the first. Carbendazim, tebuconazole, hexaconazole and others have made to the first ten. Among the new products, our

Review of Market and Registration of Glufosinate in China

It is known that Neimenggu Jiaruimi Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. has invested 250 million yuan in building the project of an annual output of 3,000 tonnes glufosinate and in constructing the new office building. Currently a glufosinate production line of an annual output of 600 tonnes has been put into trial production. The other four production lines produce 2,400 tonnes of glufosinate each year and the construction will be started in this September. It is expected that the construction will be completed next year.

Zhejiang Yongnong Bioscience is the first enterprise to produce glufosinate products and the first domestic enterprise to register glufosinate products in 2007. After Yongnong Bioscience, over 20 enterprises including Bayer CropScience and Lier Chemical have successively received the registration approvals for glufosinate TC. Zhejiang Yongnong Bioscience, Shijiazhuang Kairui Chemical and other enterprises have received glufosinate production licenses. What’s more, a number of enterprises are planning to start the glufosinate production projects. Based on a development rate like this, it is expected that the output of glufosinate TC will exceed 50,000 tonnes by the end of next year. Glufosinate will become a big herbicide variety.

Currently glufosinate products in the domestic pesticide market don’t occupy a big share, only about 3% of the glyphosate market share. However, with the ban on paraquat AS, an increasing number of enterprises have seen the market opportunities of glyphosate and they began to set foot in the glufosinate market. After the boom of glyphosate market, domestic enterprises have rushed towards this market. The output of glufosinate is growing with a geometric ratio, which should cause concerns among the industry. Re-evaluation of Carbofuran and Carbosulfan StartedRecently, Jiangsu Institute for the Control of Agrochemicals visited Jiangsu Changlong Chemicals Co., Ltd. to make investigations on high toxic pesticides such as carbofuran, methomyl, etc., to gain an understanding on the registration, production, sales and use of carbofuran and methomyl TC and formulations both at home and abroad.

Over the past two years, Jiangsu Institute for the Control of Agrochemicals has successively gone to Hunan, Jiangsu, Shandong and other provinces to investigate the production, usage and risk detection of carbofuran and carbosulfan and has listened to the comments and suggestions from relevant departments and enterprises on the re-evaluation work of the two pesticides. The re-evaluation work on carbofuran and carbosulfan by the Ministry of Agriculture (MOA) has already become a certainty.Pesticide re-evaluation refers to re-evaluate with the latest scientific evaluation technologies and methods the effectiveness, security and economy of the pesticides which have received approval for registration, production and usage in a systemic way. The re-evaluations are carried out to meet requirements of the ever-changing social economy and the safety standards.

As one of the 12 high toxic pesticides still used in China, carbofuran plays an effective role in preventing and controlling nematode and destructive soil-inhabiting insects. As of December 2014, there are a total of 183 registered carbofuran products, including 8 TC products, 2 TKP products, 2 TK products and 171 formulations. Except for the 3% carbofuran GR against soil insects, the compound formulations are mostly seed dressing agents which are usually compounded with thiophonate-methyl, thiram and other fungicides. Carbofuran is approved to be used on wheat, paddy, corn, bean, peanut, cotton, sugarcane and beet. It is a bulk variety to be used against destructive soil-inhabiting insects. No alternative of the same effect for carbofuran has been found so far.

Over the past few years’ safety inspections on

agricultural products, certain amount of carbofuran which exceeds the standard rate has been detected. Experiments have showed that carbofuran causes relatively high risks to birds, aquatic life, etc. Some countries have already put bans on the use of carbofuran. Carbofuran has been one of the pesticides to be re-evaluated in the list of the MOA. The MOA will accelerate the re-evaluation work in the principle of being scientific, cautious and open, and brings up the re-evaluation risk assessment report. According to the security risk assessment-effect analysis result, the MOA will gradually formulate measures to reduce risks or eliminate the product according to legal procedures.

Six Pesticides Added to the 2015 Comprehensive List of Environmental Protection (Consultative

Draft)Currently, the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council issued the Environmental Protection Tax Act (consultative draft). For those which have paid environmental protection tax according to the Environmental Protection Tax Act draft, pollutant discharging fees will no longer be charged. The draft Act stipulates that for those the discharged pollutants of which exceed the standard or the total amount, environmental protection tax will be multiplied, with the maximum triple the local tax standard.

Fourteen industries Become the Key Objects of Taxation under Supervision

The draft Act brings up that the environmental

protection tax will be charged and managed by classifying the objects of taxation into key (pollutant discharging) objects of taxation under supervision and non-key (pollutant discharging) objects of taxation under supervision.

The so-called “key (pollutant discharging) objects of taxation under supervision” refers to the objects of taxation in the fourteen key pollution industries, including thermal power generation, iron and steel, concrete, electrolytic aluminium, coal, metallurgy, building materials, mining, chemical, petrochemical, pharmacy, light industry (brewage, papermaking, fermentation, sugar refining and vegetable oil processing), textile, and leather industries, and key enterprises under supervision in other pollution

According to the requirements of the State Council, to avoid the production, use and export of "high pollution and highly environmental risk" products, and encourage enterprises to purchase and use specialized environmental friendly equipment.

Recently, the Ministry of Environmental Protection has formulated a new list of environmentally friendly products. Six pesticide products have been added to the list. Please refer to the following table for details.

Many Projects are Postponed Due to More Environmental Pressure on the Pesticide Industry

It has been half a year since the implementation of the new Environmental Protection Law on January 1. Recently the Environmental Protection Department announced the implementation of the new Environmental Protection Law and supporting measures. Measures such as “Penalty by day” “discontinued and limited production” have been carried out, with enforcement efforts being gradually increased. To the pesticide industry, the increasing environmental protection pressure has undoubtedly brought fundamental changes to the whole industry and pesticide enterprises.

According to the notice of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, it has recently organized and completed the inspection work of emission reduction of total amount of main pollutants in provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities and eight central enterprises in 2014, and has also inspected the implementation of the Statement of Responsibility of Emission Reduction Targets of Total Amount of Main Pollutants in the “Twelfth Five-year Plan”. Binzhou, Shandong was the most seriously punished: the examination and approval of environmental impact assessment of all construction projects expect energy conservation and emission reduction projects and projects improving people’s livelihood was suspended and almost all new projects were called off. The other case is that when the pollutant discharge concentration exceeds the national or local pollutant discharge standard, and the pollutant discharge amount exceeds the specified total discharge amount, three times of the local taxation standard will be charged.

Furthermore, the draft Act also specifies environmental protection tax “discount” cases. When the discharged water and air pollutant concentration is lower than half the national or local pollutant discharge standard, and the total discharged pollutant amount is lower than the specified total discharge amount, the provincial, autonomous region or municipal government could determine that environmental protection tax could be halved within a certain period.

Binzhou failed to achieve the emission reduction targets of water pollutant ammonia nitrogen and air pollutants sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide. Ineffective emission reduction has directly affected environmental quality, which is prominent in Binzhou.

In addition, failing emission reduction standard, Qinhuangdao of Hebei, Yingkou of Liaoning and Zhangjiajie of Hunan have been subject to limited approval of projects, and the examination and approval of environmental impact assessment for new construction projects of chemical oxygen demand and ammonia nitrogen emission has been suspended.

Farmlands deserted; CCTV reports the pollution problem in Xiangyu Chemical Industrial Park in Dongzhi County

Nearly a thousand mu of farmlands are deserted near Xiangyu Chemical Industrial Park in Dongzhi County, Chizhou City, Anhui Province. Xiangyu Chemical Industrial Park, a provincial specialized chemical industrial park, currently has some thirty companies, which mainly manufacture pesticides, pigments and other chemical products. Due to discharge of wastewater, the original irrigation water was polluted, making it unsuitable for irrigation and thus leaving the farmlands nearby uncultivated, said the CCTV report. Regarding whether Xiangyu Chemical Industrial Park discharged pollution, the departments had different opinions. However, according to the

effluent detection results, the cancerogen benzene in the effluent exceeded the standard by 136 times.Moreover, the recent “RMB75 million penalty” caused a great sensation in the industry. The largest penalty ever issued to a pesticide manufacturer for environmental problem definitely rings the alarm bell to the pesticide industry.

Since the issuance of the new Environmental Protection Law, state environmental protection departments at all levels have imposed high pressure on violations of the Environmental Protection Law.

Under the pressure of “penalty by day and no-upper-limit penalty”, many pesticide enterprises have begun to conscientiously change from “passive environmental protection” to “active environmental protection”. Before new projects are commenced, environmental protection facilities should be installed and be complete. With increasing investment, some key environmental protection common technologies have been developed and applied to improve the overall clean production level of the industry. Ametryn green synthesis process, high-quality pirimiphos-methyl clean production technology and clean recycling technology of the byproduct chloromethane of glyphosate have now basically covered the whole industry. In addition, the proposal of environmental protection tax will also promote environmental protection and enhance pollution treatment efforts in the industry.

Recycling and Treatment Measures for Pesticide Package Waste (Trial Run) (Draft for Comments) was released this April. The draft act has caused an uproar in the industry upon introduction. According to the draft act, pesticide manufacturers, dealers and users are under mandatory requirements to recycle the pesticide package waste. For those who don’t comply with the act, pesticide registration certificate of the manufacturers, or the pesticide dealing qualification certificate of the distributors will be cancelled. From now on, as for pesticide package waste, the question has changed from "whether to recycle" to “how to recycle”.The act was drew up and implemented under the guidance of the State Council. Currently, though recycling of pesticide package waste has been carried out at some trial sites, the measures are temporary and are of beneficial rights. There aren’t uniform rules and regulations for the measures. The entire system for recycling pesticide package waste lacks of fairness and lasting effect. There is an urgent need for relevant policies to stipulate and unify the specific liability subjects and the specific content of the liability. To summarize the liability subjects in

each link, the act stipulates “who produces takes the charge (third party could be entrusted), who sales recycles and who uses recovers”. Currently, after several times’ amendments, the draft act for comments has already been disclosed to the public. The Ministry of Environmental Protection will actively listen to the opinions and suggestions from relevant sides and make reasonable improvements to the act.

Eight Ministries Jointly Released "National Sustainable Agricultural Development Plan (2015-2030)" in China

Currently in China, agriculture-derived pollution is serious, pesticide utilization rate is less than one third, and rural garbage and sewage treatment is grossly inadequate. The increasingly aggravated agricultural and rural environmental pollution has directly influenced the quality and safety of the agricultural products. To address these problems, the Ministry of Agriculture, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Land and Resources, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the Ministry of Water Resources and the State Forestry Administration jointly issued the National Sustainable Agricultural Development Plan (2015-2030).

The Plan states that agricultural non-point source pollution should be controlled, agricultural inputs should be scientifically and rationally used, and efficiency should be improved to reduce agricultural endogenous pollution. Use of pesticides of high efficiency, low toxicity and residue, bio-pesticides and advanced pesticide spraying machinery should be promoted. Pests and diseases should be prevented and controlled in a unified and green way. Pest and disease prevention and control in a unified way will cover 40% of the China’s total farmland area by 2020, and efforts should be made to realize zero growth of pesticide application.

State Council Required to Develop E-commerce, Promotion of Rural E-commerce Becomes the Focus

According to a document released recently by the State Council, the State Council requires to make efforts to develop E-commerce and accelerate the nurturing of new economic powers. The document also proposes that a big unified but open, competitive but orderly, honest and law-abiding, safe and reliable e-commerce market will be built by 2020. Deeply combined with other industries, E-commerce will become a key platform for promoting startups, stabilizing employment, and improving people’s livelihood, and it plays a key role in synchronizing industrialization, informatization, urbanization and agricultural modernization.

In terms of transformation, the document proposes to actively develop rural E-commerce, research and formulate suggestions for promoting rural E-commerce development and introduce supportive policies and measures.

Review of Listing Pesticide Enterprises during H1 2015

During the first half of 2015, China’s stock market ushered in the rare bull market. Led by the bull market, a number of pesticide enterprises have planned to march towards the capital market. As of now, Sichuan Guoguang Agrochemical, Limin Chemical and Anhui Guangxin Agrochemical have respectively gone public in Shenzhen Stock Exchange SMEs and Shanghai Stock Exchange. Zhejiang Xinnong Chemicals has announced its listing in the New Third Board. Jiangsu Tuoqiu Agriculture Chemical has gone public in the Q Board in the Shanghai Stock Exchange. There are also a

number of pesticide enterprises which are planning to go public. Jiangsu Flag Chemical Industry has already submitted its statement to China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) for IPO at the beginning of the year. It plans to go public in the GEM of Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Nutrichem and Jiangxi Heyi Won the First U.S. Section 337 Investigation Case Against Chinese Agrochemical Companies

On March 5, 2014, FMC Corporation (“FMC”) filed a complaint requesting that the International Trade Commission (ITC) commence an investigation pursuant to Section 337 regarding “sulfentrazone, sulfentrazone compositions, and processes for producing sulfentrazone”, which alleges that the sulfentrazone made and sold by Beijing Nutrichem Science and Technology Stock Co., Ltd., (“Nutrichem”), Jiangxi Heyi Chemicals Co. Ltd., (“Jiangxi Heyi”) and two American importers Summit Agro USA, LLC and Summit Agro North America Holding Corporation (“Summit Corp.”) infringes a patent of FMC. FMC requests that the ITC issue a limited import prohibition order, including a temporary relief order and a permanent relief order. Once a temporary or permanent relief order is supported by the ruling of the ITC, it will put a ban on the importation of the sulfentrazone of Nutrichem and Jiangxi Heyi to the United States. The U.S. ITC officially filed the investigation application on April 9, 2014 American Time. The case is the first U.S. Section 337 investigation case against Chinese agrochemical companies.

Nutrichem and Jiangxi Heyi actively responded to the complaint and engaged Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP as their legal representation.

From July 1 to 3, 2014, a court hearing on whether to issue a temporary relief order was held. The ITC Judge announced its decision on August 12, 2014 which rejects FMC’s request for issuance of a temporary relief order. The ITC Commission also issued a ruling on September 11, 2014 approving the Judge’s decision. The ruling enables Nutrichem and Jiangxi Heyi to continue to export sulfentrazone to the United States during the investigation.

On February 20, 2015, the case went through a court hearing on permanent relief order. The Judge issued an initial determination on April 10, 2015 which rejects FMC’s request for issuance of a permanent

relief order. The initial determination believes that the processes of producing sulfentrazone of Nutrichem and Jiangxi Heyi do not infringe a patent of FMC. On June 8, 2015, the U.S. ITC issued the final determination affirming the original judgment. FMC may appeal to U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit within 60 days.

Recently, BASF has released the latest field crop protection solution in Qingdao, Shandong—OPA®. Business Manager of BASF China Wu Zhaohui expressed that BASF has always been committed to technological innovation and promotion in order to improve the quantity and quality of the corps. Faced with pressure of field crop diseases and output increase demand, the released new fungicide has been introduced to China and application of it has been registered on corn, peanut and bean. The registration of OPA® application on wheat has is under way.

The new fungicide is an SE formulation with dual actives of 12.3% pyraclostrobin and 4.7% epoxiconazole. It is an important member of the

family of AgCelence®. According to Wu Zhaohui, the annual growing area of field crops in China exceeds 900 million mu (60 million ha). Since the product has a persistent effect, under the mechanism action, it could timely prevent and control the disease whether pathogen spores has just infected the crops, or the disease is in the latent period, or the mycelium has infected the mesophyll tissue. It is known that the product is one of the fungicides which have been used on the largest field area across the globe. Application of the product has been registered in the 60 countries around the world, and the annual treatment area has exceeded 300 million mu (20 million ha) and its sales have reached one billion Euros during the past five years.

Noposion Being the First China Company Registered Pyraclostrobin

On 20th June 2015, the patent of pyraclostrobin active compound expired in China.

On 18th March 2015, Shenzhen Noposion Agrochemicals Co., Ltd. made temporary registration of 30% pyraclostrobin SC. On the same day, Guangdong Dongguan Ruidefeng Biotech Co., Ltd. made temporary registration of 30% pyraclostrobin EC and 45% dimethomorph•pyraclostrobin SC (30% dimethomorph+15%pyraclostrobin). Except for sub-package registrations, this is the first time for domestic enterprises registering pyraclostrobin products. Noposion’s formulation as well as Ruidefeng’s single-active pyraclostrobin formulations

could be both used against banana freckle. The dosages of the active principle are respectively 150-250mg/kg and 125-250mg/kg. Ruidefeng’s compound formulation is registered as a product against grape downy mildew and the dosage of the active principle is about 187.5-375mg/kg.

As of today, there are 22 registrations of pyraclostrobin products (including TC and formulations but excluding sub-packaged products). Among the 22 registrations, there are two TC products, two single-active SC products and two single-active EC products.

Shandong Luba Launched Paraquat SG into the Market

Shandong Luba Chemical Co., Ltd.’s 50% paraquat SG has received the production license from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently. As early as in 2012, Shandong Luba Chemical had already received the pesticide registration approval for 50% paraquat SG from the Ministry of Agriculture. As of now, the “three licenses” for this product are complete. Trial of the production system has been finished and the production of 50% paraquat SG will be started at the end of April. The products has been launched into the market successively.

Prior to this, Nanjing Red Sun Biochemistry Co., Ltd. received the production approval from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for its 20% paraquat GW to replace paraquat AS for the first time in August, 2014. As of now, all alternatives for paraquat AS have been qualified for production. According to the website of the State Intellectual Property Office of the PRC, besides paraquat SG and paraquat GW, the patents of paraquat water soluble paste, paraquat WT, paraquat WG and other forms of formulations have already been applied by relevant companies.

Zhejiang Yongtai Technology Purchased 100% of the Stock from Shanghai Nonghui Chemical

According to the notice of Zhejiang Yongtai Technology released recently, Zhejiang Yongtai Technology plans to purchase the 100% of the stake of Shanghai Nonghui Chemical held by two natural men with its own capital of 190 million yuan.Shanghai Nonghui Chemical has been committed to the international trades of herbicides, fungicides, insecticides and pharmaceutical intermediates. Its pharmaceutical intermediates are mainly sold to international pesticide giants including BASF, Syngenta, Sumitomo, Dow AgroSciences, Dupont, etc. Currently Shanghai Nonghui Chemical has already built a sales network covering over 60 countries around the world. Cooperating with its overseas clients, Shanghai Nonghui Chemical has explored the market, screened and registered the products, and developed a series of new formulations and new recipes highly targeted at the market.

As of now, Shanghai Nonghui Chemical has already submitted 1,800 pesticide registrations to over 60 countries around the world, and over 500 of which

have already been approved, including azoxystrobin and its compound products, thiamethoxam, and superior product such as emamectin benzoate + lufenuron. The formulations of the registered pesticides cover new and popular ones of the time, including microcapsules, suspension emulsion, etc.

Shanghai Nonghui Chemical has subsidiaries or offices in Burma, Vietnam and Bolivia, which could start application and registration on its own. The company has already received approvals for over 20 of its pesticide product registrations in Burma and as the general agent, the company could sell its self-owned products to end users. Shanghai Nonghui Chemical plans to register its self-owned products in Brazil, India and Australia, which will lay the foundation for realizing the end coverage of its self-owned brands. According to the report, the business revenue of Shanghai Nonghui Chemical in 2014 reached 102 million yuan.

Wynca Invested 20 Million Yuan in Building “Nongfeike” with Quanfeng Biotechnology

Wynca Group recently released its investment report which tells that it signed the cooperation framework agreement with Quanfeng Biotechnology Co., Ltd.:1. Co-establish Nongfeike Agriculture Science and Technology Co., Ltd. The registered capital for Nongfeike is 50 million yuan, 20 million of which is from Wynca and 30 million of which is from Quanfeng, respectively accounting for 40% and 60% of the Nongfeike’s total shares.

2. Wynca Group has invested 13.5 million yuan in buying 1.7647 million shares from Quanfeng Feifang with each share at 7.65 yuan. After the investment, Wynca’s investment accounts for 15% Quanfeng’s total shares.
