• National Operating Framework issued resulting in PCT “loans” to West Midland “Bank”
• Local Delivery Plan deadline deferred to 30 April – not possible to formally set 06/07 budget!
• Key personnel changes at the top
Key local issues:• Monthly deficit reducing April – September – (£1.4m per month) October – March – (£0.6m per month)• Activity still high but key targets being met• More work needed on 10 High Impact
