close proximity. Transport links and connectivity of the Site are very good and still

improving. The public transport offering is good. There are a lot of bus stops within

close proximity providing convenient access to all parts of the city. Moreover, the

cars.

practice. The permits de-risk the development providing a clear path to

commercialization, whilst at the same time offering flexibility in final delivery.
