IntroductionCHARYASS PHARMACY LTD is an innovative sourcing and Distribution Company, involved in the

supply of a wide range of quality pharmaceutical ingredients to the Ghanaian market as well as

selected markets within the West African Sub region.

Utilizing over 15 years of experience and success in the industry, CHARYASS PHARMACY has

created a customized and unique project management team, designed to fulfill our customers'

requirements with the highest quality products according to client timelines, specifications and

regulatory requirements. We facilitate the importation of only certifies high quality products to

supply to some of the biggest names in the Ghanaian industry today.

Besides our core pharmaceutical business, we are also integrated into other industries such as

the Commodities market, supply of sporting equipment and Real Estate.

With the discovery and subsequent exploration of oil in Ghana and the ever increasing demand

for commodities, there has been the call for the involvement of more players within the

industry to beef up supply to meet up with the demand. It is on these bases that the company

in fulfilling the dream of Mr. Charles Nkrumah (CEO) to have a group of companies with

subsidiaries in diverse industries playing major roles in providing quality products and service,

responds to this call.

The company therefore over the years has been involved in the importation and distribution of

Rice, Sugar, Oil Lubricants, sporting equipment among others, and has developed a good

portfolio of partner manufacturing and supply companies overseas as well as satisfied clients.

The company has also acquired and developed some Real Estate properties including Lands and

a shopping complex located at one of the prime commercial hubs in the Capital.

Pharmaceutical Distribution

Generally, as a medicine wholesale company, we import and distribute International and

national medicines in the Ghanaian market. We import medicines mostly from India, China and

Europe. We have worked with some of the big names in the pharmaceutical industries in Ghana

such as Ernest Chemist, KAMA Industries, and Vicdoris Pharmaceuticals

CHARYASS PHARMACY was registered in accordance with the Companies Registration Act 1963

(ACT 179). It was registered as a limited liability business with certificate number CS612292015

and C0004960807, OLD TIN 524V025988 and OLD RGD number CA – 37,283.

We are also registered with the Department of Food and Drugs Board, in order to ensure that

only approved pharmaceutical products are distributed. The corporate office is located at

Community 5 opposite SDA flat No. 6 or near Aponkyi old clinic community 5.

Lubricants in the country and beyond. With the population growth rate of the country now

Accra coupled with the high relocation foreigners into the country, the demand for
