Gathering 2010Well we and 5 other from ourChapter went to the Gather-ing this year. We had a greattime riding around Galena,Ilarea. The town was great andwe all had a great time shop-ping and eating to much.Tom From New York wasthere ,Buz & Helen and Den-nis & Sue.I enjoyed it very much thisyear because I could go rid-ing each day and not sit atthe Gathering, Next yearsGathering is in CEDAR CITYUTAH,When in Galena we hitGRANTS HOME and did a

poker ride, We had rain onemorning but we were outagain by 11:00 am. It wasnice to see everyone againand hope to see them allagain next year,Now we can get back to ourriding here in WI-1 Chapter,We have allot listed on theweb site Check it out.If anyone has more rides totake us on please let knowand I will add them to the list,

On June 24th Steve set out from Sisseton, SD and rode his Victory motorcycle througheach of the 48 contiguous states before ending his epic ride in

Hyder, AK just nine days later....and just in time to lead the

town's 4th of July parade! He racked up 8,818 miles in 9 days and17 hours. By doing so, he becomes one of the rare few to have

completed the Iron Butt Association 48 Plus!ride. Adding in the

550 miles he rode from his home in WI to get to his startingpoint and the return trip to get back home from Alaska, his grand

total for the entire adventure comes in at 11,907 miles in 16 days

Valley Star Riders which was very nice to meethim. This will be on our riding list again for next

Wisconsin Rapids Weekend RideThis ride isAUG 20 thru the 22and If you plan to make this ride you mustMake reservations atCamelot Motel 9210 state hwy 13 south Wisconsin

rapids. 715-325-5111. This will be our base hotel this year.MAKE YOUR RESERVATION ASAP TO BE ON THIS RIDE.

This is a fun ride and we will be going back to the place with all that good pie

TOMS Birthday PIG Roast

This ride is onAug 7thand will start At our home in CASCO at 10:30am and then ride up into Door County to TOMs Birthday party. Tom is

doing a pig roast and would like all of us to show up.

Pembine weekend at TOMS hunting shackThis ride is Aug 1315 just a little south of Pembine on R

We will stay at Toms hunting shack but you mustbring your own bedding

to sleep on. He has allot of beds. All food will be split with all that showup. Great time always. Bring your helmets in case we go up into Michigan
