Listening = become active rather than passive

Speaking = tone, volume, THINK before you SPEAK

• Nonverbal Communication = communicating without talking

• Sales Skills = make the buyer convinced of a good deal

• Hospitality –Specific Traits = positive personal attitude, good appearance, work ethics, leadership, time management {ability to plan, track, and accomplish tasks}
