The expected values, c2-test statistic, number of degrees of freedom, and p value are displayed in the ‑results. Since the p-value = 0.196, we fail to reject the null hypothesis at = 0.05. Thus, there is not sufficient evidence at the 0.05 level to say that gender and beverage choice are related among Gretchen’s coworkers.
