Downloading and Installing Sophos!!Step 1: Launch your favorite Web Browser, type in the following URL: !! www.montclair.edu/oit and click Software Repository (NetID Auth. Req.)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Step 2: Fill in your Net ID credentials, click OK. Read the conditions and click I agree to the !! above terms and conditions.!!
Step 3: Click the Sophos Antivirus link. Fill out the form and proceed with the download.!
Step 4: Locate savosx_90_he.zip in your Downloads folder and double click to unzip.!! Open the Sophos Anti-Virus Home Edition package and follow the prompts.!
Enabling Net Access!!Step 1: Launch your browser and type in the URL: netaccess2.montclair.edu/registration!!Step 2: Click Accept and Next!
!Step 3: Read the policy on responsible use… Click Accept and Next!
!Step 4: Select the Start icon next to Students, Faculty, Staff or “Net_” Sponsored Guests!
!!Step 5: Input your NetID and Password and click Download!
!!!Step 6: Locate the Bradford Dissolvable Agent.zip in your Downloads folder, double click it to unzip!!!!!Step 7: Locate the Bradford_Dissolvable_Agent !and double click!!!!!!This will cause your browser to launch a new window with a status bar. Once completed you may resume using the web. If you notice any issues or lag, restart your computer, sign in and launch your browser. Enjoy and welcome to Montclair State University.
