Background

n Actual unemployment rate in Burgenland 7,2 % (49 % women, 51 % men)

n 33,7 % are people 50 +

n Next year the AMS will reduce the budgetfor courses and qualification around 20 %

Our aim is to encourage women and to increase their self esteem.

We are guiding them in finding their way back into the labour market by offering active support.

Internships & Job Shadowing

n Our clients are allowed to do internships without loosingthe financial support of the AMS

n We are holding contact to the local economy and enterprises to gather places for our clients

Education Cheque

n We are able to fund each client with a personal financial support up to 1.000 euros

n Each women can choose a course, training, etc. that fits to her profession orcareer plan and we get the bill
