Application

CGN280 Semi-automatic Capsule Filling Machine has independent empty capsule feeding station,, powder feeding station and capsule closing station. The medium process need to be processed by hand. The machine adopt variable speed control, it is very easy to operate, and can feed the powder material correctly. The machine body and working table adopt S.S. material, which can meet the sanitary requirement of pharmacy. It suitable for filling powder and granular material in pharmacy and health food industry.

a.The performance for capsule feed installation

The new model operating components are wrapped in feed sac rack with no mechanical moving parts exposed.

The mold adopts positioning device which makes installation and dismantling easily after cleaning. The appearance looks beautiful and the device is easy to clean.

In the old device most mechanical parts were exposed which enabled dust to gather. In the mold, without a positioning device, adjustment was complex and there was low efficiency and poor appearance.


b. Capsule conveying fork

New1.Material: S.S 304 precision line forming, cutting and polishing meets GMP standards.2.Installation Long groove is adjustable.3.Running Push capsule action with u-turn for capsules.

c. Capsule Loading

In the new device capsules there is a horizontal U-turn following downward pressure from the sac head. Capsules are vertically arranged in a single row in a downward movement which increases the rate of production.

In the old device capsules were pushed horizontally and there was no U-turn. The pressure bag head was down after the turn around.Capsules were arranged in 2 rows non vertically by the sac head. Because of this diagonal action the rate of production was reduced.

The new capsule feed has a very easy to manage sac plate——It can control the capsule load with a switch(pictured above). When debugging of when the machine is running but not loading, the control switch save lots of capsules.

c. Capsule Loading


The old device did not have a switch of capsule control. Adjustment was very complicated and there was little control. The Feed Capsule on the board ran once and was under the capsules.
