CFG Self Service Portal Enrollment
Click on the following link: https://selfservice.cfgpc.com To register into the system, you need to Log on with your network credentials. This is the same username and password you use for your email or to log onto your work computer. For those that work offsite and may not be familiar with what your username is, it is your email address without the @cfgpc.com or @in-sight.net
Upon logon, you will be greeted with a small popup window requiring you to enroll. This is mandatory to
be able to verify your identity later when you need to reset your password or unlock your account. Click
on the “Click Here” button to begin the enrollment process.

Security Questions and Answers. To continue, simply select 5 questions and type in the 5 answers to set
your Security Questions. Make sure to pick 5 questions you will remember the exact answers to as you
will be asked for them later should you need to reset your password or unlock your account.
If you are not familiar with Google Authenticator then go ahead and hit the “Enroll” button to finish. If
you are familiar with Google Authenticator and would like to use that, continue on to the next page to
enroll that with that option as well.
