About CFAT
The CFAT-2012 (Century Fresher's Assessment Test- 2012) is a standardized test for fresher/s as job aspirants in India. CFAT-2012 is owned, published, and developed by the Century Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd., a consulting organization based in India with operations throughout globe . The test is intended to assess a candidate's readiness and aptitude for corporate world. It is first of its kind, a multi industry assessment test which unlike many assessment test systems that offer only combined scores and no section wise score, CFAT provides detailed backup documentation, complete narratives on how the candidate assessment test score was established, and four categories of recommendations (in terms of score and graphical presentation) that effectively predict the candidate’s overall fit to the organization. In the current CFAT, Candidates will have 105 minutes to answer 160 questions with Maximum score of 160 which will comprise of 4 sections
(Reasoning, Critical Reading, Numerical ability and Technical/Non-Technical Case Studies) * 40 Points/section. Each correct answer carries 1 (one) mark and each incorrect answer will have a negative marking of 0.25(1/4). Who can Apply? Fresh Pass out Candidates of below mentioned courses are eligible for appearing in the test.
* Job seekers of the above mentioned and equivalent courses can appear for the CFAT test .
What Is It? The CFAT Assessment measures the skills and knowledge in various avenues possessed by prospective professionals. It also measures their ability to apply the skills and knowledge. It is designed to satisfy the requirements of the corporate while judging the fresher’s aptitude.

About CFAT
How Long Is It?
Test takers have one hour and forty-five (105) minutes
to complete the test.
What Subjects Are on the Test?
Test subjects include Reasoning, Critical Reading,
Numerical ability and Technical/Non-Technical Case
Studies
What Are the Questions Like?
The test has 160 multiple-choice questions,
approximately half of which focus on basic skills and
knowledge. The remaining half focus on applying skills
in the workable issues.
How Is the Test Given?
The test is given in paper formats on 30th December,
2012 and in 12 major cities (Delhi, Chandigarh, Bhopal,
Indore, Nagpur, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow,
Hyderabad, Dehradun, Pune & Bangalore/ Bangaluru)
Who all can apply? The candidates passing out their final year examinations of the mentioned courses (and equivalent courses) and in the year 2012 and 2013 can apply for the test.

The registration windows on our website are open from 15th October to 20th December,
you can register by carefully reading the details mentioned on the next page under head
“how to register” .
TEST DAY
CFAT will be conducted on 30th December at various locations Across India.
DISPATCH OF TEST SCORES
. Candidates have appeared for the test can view and download there Score Cards from
our website www.centurypeople.com and a physical copy of the score card will be
dispatched to their correspondence addresses between 15th January and 30th January.

VALIDITY OF THE TEST SCORE
Your test score will be valid for a period of Six Months i.e. from 15th January, 2012 to 15th July
2013, the participating companies in this test will be considering your test score while
assessing you at the time of interview in this period.

How To Register
1.Candidates are required to apply On-Line through website www.centurypeople.com No other means/ mode of application will be accepted. 2.Candidates are required to have a valid personal e-mail ID. It should be kept active during the currency of this recruitment project. All the communication and call letters for written test, interview etc. will be sent through the registered e-mail ID. Under no circumstances, he/she should share/mention e-mail ID to/ of any other person. 3.In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID before applying on-line. 4.Applicants are first required to go to our website ‘www.centurypeople.com’ and open the link “CFAT-2012”. Thereafter, open the register now notification entitled “REGITER FOR CFAT-2012”. 5.Take a Print of the entire Recruitment Notification, including the ‘FEES PAYMENT CHALLAN’.
6.Fill in the Fee Payment Challan in a clear and legible handwriting in BLOCK LETTERS. 7. Go to the nearest AXIS BANK Branch with the Fee payment Challan duly filled in and pay, in Cash, the appropriate Application Fee in Account No. 912020047892833 with Axis Bank in favor of “Century Advisory Services Pvt ltd.”. The amount of fee to be paid is indicated below :
TEST FEE : INR 1200 8. Obtain the Counterfoil (Applicant’s Copy and Institute Copy) of the Fee Payment Challan duly received by the Bank with (a) Branch Name & Code Number, (b) Transaction ID, (c) Date of Deposit & amount filled by the Branch Official. 9. Candidates are now ready to Apply On-Line by re-visiting the CFAT-2012 of our website and going to the sub-link titled “REGITER FOR CFAT-2012”. Click on this sublink will open up the appropriate On-Line Application Format.

How To Register
10. Carefully fill in the necessary details from the Fee Payment Challan in the On-Line Application Form at the appropriate places and submit the same on line. 11. Original counterfoil of the fee payment challan will have to be submitted with the admit card at the time of written test. Without counterfoil of the fee payment challan the candidate will not be allowed to appear in the written test. Candidates are therefore advised to keep 3 photocopies of the fee payment challan for future use. 12. The name of the candidate or his/her father/husband etc. should be spelt correctly in the application as it appears in the certificates/mark sheets. Any change / alteration found may disqualify the candidature. STEP #1:
Download the CFAT-2012 Boucher and fee payment chalan from the
website. And make a Deposit of INR 1200 and Axis Bank branch.
STEP #2:
Visit www.centurypeople.com/cfat.php
and register as a new user from candidate login tab and furnish
your complete details and attach resume and photograph
STEP #3:
After your registration your account will be validated within 48 hours of
your registration.
STEP # 4:
After your validation kindly login with your username and password and send a copy of enrolment card and company copy of fee challan to
the below mentioned address
STEP # 5:
Candidates can download their admit cards and roll numbers by login their account between 25th
october– 04h november.
The candidate should carry the institute copy of the fee deposit
challan, which is to be submitted by the candidate on the test date at
the designated test center.

Evaluation Parameters
The test scores will be declared in three forms comprising of Section wise score, Percentage score, And the Relative assessment i.e. Percentile. The Relative assessment leads to one of the following final performance Via test Scores:
CVTPG: Contribution at the Very Top of Peer Group
CSAPG: Contribution Significantly Above Peer Group
CAPG: Contribution Above Peer Group
CCPG: Contribution Consistent with Peer Group
CBPG: Contribution Below Peer Group
RI: Requires Improvement
CFAT consists of four (4) major sections: Reasoning, Critical Reading, Numerical ability and Technical/Non-Technical Case Studies. Each section receives a score on the scale of 0-160. Total scores are calculated by adding up scores of the four sections. The CFAT is made up of multiple choice questions including verbal and mathematics, and the entire exam lasts for one hour and forty-five minutes.

Terms And Conditions I. Century Advisory Services (P) Ltd. reserves the rights to restrict any candidate
from appearing for the test, in Century Advisory Services (P) Ltd. e violation of
rules and regulations.
II. Century Advisory Services (P) Ltd. will take back the question paper and answer
sheet after the completion of the examination.
III. Century Advisory Services (P) Ltd. in its sole discretion is free to take any action
against any user information, which it believes may result in loss or may create
liability to itself.
IV. In case of violation of any "Terms and Condition" of the Website, the Organization
reserves the right to remove users and prevent their further access to the Website.
V. Responsibility of Century Advisory Services (P) Ltd. is limited up to providing the
CFAT score and the contact information of the candidates to the hiring partners.
VI. The Employer is prohibited from forwarding/ circulating a user information hosted
on the Website. It is solely for the usage of that particular Employer.
VII. The Organization is free to offer its services to any client/prospective client without
restriction.
VIII. In case of any misconduct behavior during the examination Century Advisory
Services (P) Ltd. reserves the right to reject the examination/ answer sheet of the
candidate.
IX. The test fee paid for the examination is non refundable, and any Century Advisory
Services (P) Ltd. e or application for refund of examination fees after payment will
not be entertained by the company.
X. In case of any misconduct behavior of any fraudulent information provided by the
candidate company reserves the right to reject or block the candidate at any step
of process of CFAT 2012, and no Century Advisory Services (P) Ltd. e for the
refund of fees will be entertained.
XI. Century Advisory Services (P) Ltd. do not the guarantee or promise any final
placement for the candidates appearing in CFAT- 2012.
XII. Short listing at any stage by Century Advisory Services (P) Ltd. or its clients is not
by any means an assurance / commitment for job offer for any Organization.
XIII. Century Advisory Services (P) Ltd. reserves the right to re-schedule the test
and/or the test centre at its sole discretion, without assigning any reasons thereof.
XIV. Century Advisory Services (P) Ltd. provides the test score to the hiring companies
and hiring partners.
XV. The subscription to the website by the Employer is neither re-saleable nor
transferable to anybody else.
XVI. No case or application for the rechecking of the answer sheet will be entertained by
Century Advisory Services (P) Ltd. .
XVI. The candidates will be responsible for all the expenses incurred towards appearing
for the test. Century Advisory Services (P) Ltd. will not be reimbursing, under any
circumstances, any costs incurred by the candidates.
XVII. Century Advisory Services (P) Ltd does not guarantee and shall not be liable for
the accuracy or reliability of materials posted by its users. The usage of the said
material is at your own risk.
XVIII. Some Employers require that the Organization not allow their employees (placed
through The Organization) to apply to any other Employers for a period of time.
The candidate acknowledges that, if s/he is placed with such an Employer, s/he will
be unable to apply to other Employers during the period of her/his employment with
the current Employer.
XIX. The organization may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you
visit the website. These companies may use information (not including your name,
address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other
websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to
you.
XX. The Employer is prohibited from forwarding/ circulating a user information hosted
