PROPERTY-LINE APPLICATIONS CETCO waterproo�ng membranes can be quickly installed

on a wide range of shoring retention wall systems. Once

con�ned by the concrete pour, a strong positive seal is

created against the concrete foundation.

UNDERSLAB APPLICATIONSEngineered to create a mechanical bond when

concrete is poured against it, CETCO membranes

remain in direct contact with the slab to provide a

watertight barrier against hydrostatic conditions.

With challenging site conditions and a demand for long term performance of the waterproofing system, COREFLEX was the owner’s choice for their world headquarters. The versatility of COREFLEX, combined with the HydroShield™ Quality Assurance Program, allowed CETCO to offer solutions for the foundation waterproofing, plaza deck and green roof areas of the project.

As a cutting-edge medical institution, this project could not afford the risk of water ingress compromising costly medical equipment, and more importantly, the patients. Adding to the challenge of high hydrostatic pressure was the presence of methane gas. CETCO’s COREFLEX membrane was able to provide long-term, worry-free protection.

From design development to construction, CETCO’s expertise in waterproofing was called upon to ensure that the basement, housing expensive laboratory equipment, remain dry at all times. COREFLEX’s composite system also saved the added labor of a two-membrane installation process.
