Offshore Transition Approach

Phase 1: Knowledge Acquisition • Client SMEs to conduct knowledge transfer sessions for CES’s support

team • Provide background/overview of organization, business, users,

interfaces, releases, plans, etc.• Detailed class-room training, walk-through, and exercises covering

functionality, architecture, design, specifications, code, database, testing material, build/implementation, operations, etc.

BCBSA was looking for a vendor who can help them in developing a web based survey application with a set of pre-requisite features and functionalities
