Travelling to the Venue: As all Victorians will know, all transport routes including interstate and regional rail lines lead to Southern Cross Station.

We recommend you book your room when you enrol for your MikroTik training

course. If you do not wish to stay at the venue some alternatives are listed below.

Hotel Address

623 Collins Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3000 Reservations: 03 9614 6344

[email protected]

For a suggested driving route from the airport see below.

Travelling from the Airport

By Taxi

Taxi services are available and the typical taxi fare from Melbourne airport at Tullamarine to the Batman’s Hill venue or CBD accommodation is about AUD65 to 75

depending on the day and time and tollway surcharges.

By Skybus

While route bus and taxi services are available from Melbourne Airport, a cost-

effective option to transfer from the airport to the city (Southern Cross Station) is the www.skybus.com.au at a 1 way cost of $18.00. Skybus departs every 10 to 15

minutes from terminal T1 for Qantas domestic, T3 for Virgin/ReX and T4 for Jetstar/Tigerair (pickup only, dropoff at T3). There are ticket booths at all three terminals. Booking can also me made online at the URL above.

After being dropped off by the Skybus at the Southern Cross Station Coach Terminal

you can walk south along the Spencer Street concourse to Collins Street and then diagonally cross the intersection of Spencer and Collins streets.

Driving by private car from the airport to the Training Venue

By far the simplest route from Melbourne Airport to the hotel is to take the

Tullamarine Freeway (M2 signage) that connects the airport to the city centre. Exit the airport following the signs to the city/M2.

Follow the freeway for approximately 16.5 Km through the iconic sound tunnel elevated road then take exit 4 to merge onto Dynon Road.

Simply follow Dynon Road (which soon becomes Spencer Street) for 3 Km to the East and South, watching for the unmissable Southern Cross Station on your right.

Once you have arrived at Southern Cross Station, the Batman’s Hill venue is on your left after the traffic lights at Collins Street.

Car Parking at the Venue Batman’s Hill on Collins has limited parking on site as well as overflow arrangements with a nearby parking tower only one city block away. Parking for training delegates is available at a discounted conference rate of $20 per day, or $30 including

overnight stay. The carpark entrance is on Collins Street just beside Krispy Kreme. To gain entry, press the call button on intercom, then take the lift after parking to

reception on the mezzanine floor where you will be asked to leave your car keys. If the car park is full on arrival, reception will offer directions to the alternative site

via intercom, where parking will be available at the same rate as this venue.

Travelling to the Venue by Public Transport Batman’s Hill on Collins is conveniently located directly across the road from Melbourne’s iconic Southern Cross Station, and therefore we highly recommend use

of the extensive rail network to attend the training program from any Melbourne or Victorian Regional location. After arriving at the Southern Cross Station, head

toward the Collins Street exit and cross diagonally Spencer and Collins Streets to the Batman’s Hill venue.

Batman’s Hill on Collins is inside the free CBD tram zone and therefore no Myki fares apply for travel to and from any tram stop within the free tram zone. For travel to

or from any other location, including rural train and bus lines, Myki card with no stored value costs $6 and they are widely available at train stations, kiosks at larger tram stops, retail outlets such as convenience stores including all 7-Eleven’s or you

can pre-purchase online and have it posted to you https://www.ptv.vic.gov.au/tickets/buy/.
