Objectives:
• Genetic and molecular characterization of plants, animals and micro-organisms that are the basis of specific Made in Italy food products, by the most advanced technologies
• Development of advanced diagnostic network for monitoring quality, safety and traceability of specific food productions in South of Italy and their comparison with those of other countries
• Identification of new products and / or processes of interest for the national food industry (including hypoallergenic food and / or nutraceutical rich compounds)
• Enhancement of agrofood production in the South of Italy in relation to the production technologies used and their relationship with the territory
