they have their own shops or restaurants, they work in big cities like Berga, Manresa...

• They get energy using coal.

• It has got a power of 160 MW.

• It’s really dangerous for the environment.

RESERVOIR OF LA BAELLS

• It was built in 1976.• It saves water from

Llobregat (109,3 hm3).

• These water provides Barcelona.

• We get hidroelectric energy

DINOSAURS FOOTPRINTS

• In Fumanya we can see the biggest footprints of dinosaurs of all Europe. There are nearly 3000 footprints. It was discovered in 1998.

SANT QUIRZE DE PEDRET

It’s a preromanic church situated near the Llobregat river. It was built in s.IX

Nowadays you can visit it.

EL ROSARET

It’s a typical festivity from Sant Jordi. The population of the village eat snails alltogether. This year was celebrated from the 8th to 9th of March.

MOST INTERESTING THINGS

• The most interesting thing from Cercs is the thermal power plant because it is a really important building for workers from Cercs and it creats a lot of energy.

• We like a lot the dinosaurs footprints too because it is a really important deposit.
