Foundation yEar FEESPlease note, the fees listed below are based on 2017 fees. there may be increases for 2018/2019.
Students will take the 9, 6 or 3 month programme with a view to reaching iEltS 5 (or in some cases iEltS 5.5) at the end of the course. the course will run monday to Friday and you will have 22 contact hours per week. at the end of the course you will be ready to progress on to one of the CES NCUK Foundation year providers. in the mornings you will study general English and in the afternoons (tuesday, Wednesday and thursday) you will study in specific iEltS preparation classes. during these classes you will receive extensive training in the skills required to be successful in each of the 4 language areas tested by the iEltS exam. in addition, you will receive instruction in academic Study Skills as part of the dedicated iEltS classes. this would include effective note taking, listening to lectures, referencing, using dictionaries and libraries.
