One conference! Two locations!Yes, this year’s TBCWEA State Conference is happening in two locations. The first is here at Hyde Park Baptist Church. The second will be August 14-16 at First Baptist Church in Carrollton, Texas.

Our theme for this conference and the coming year is snap•shots: picturing God’s best based on Jeremiah 29:11.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

When Jeremiah penned these words, it was a lousy time for the Israelites. They had been carried away into captivity in Babylon. So how could this be God’s plan for a prosperous future?

God’s word to the people was to continue to live and increase in number—not to give up, better days would come.

This year has been a year of challenges for many of you personally and professionally. You’ve suffered loss of loved ones, experienced illness, and faced challenges within your programs. My prayer is that during this conference you will take the time to listen to God and gain a snapshot of what He has planned for you—personally and professionally—and picture the goodness of His love.

Mary Ann BradberryExecutive Director

Mary Ann has just completed her first year as Executive Director of TBCWEA. Before taking the position, Mary Ann served as an Editor-in-Chief in the Childhood Ministry Department at LifeWay Christian Resources in Nashville, Tennessee. She also has served as the Children’s Minister in churches in Texas and Oklahoma where her responsibilities involved the supervision of weekday ministries. Mary Ann also served an adjunct professor at Dallas Baptist University. Mary Ann earned her B.S. and M.Ed from the University of North Texas, in Denton, Texas.

Patricia MartellMinistry Assistant

Patricia graduated from Texas A&M in 1991 with a degree in Journalism. After working in the advertising industry, she earned her teaching certificate and began teaching elementary school in the Dallas ISD. She became the director of Windsor Park Preschool in 2003 and director of Hyde Park Preschool in 2006. Patricia has been a member of TBCWEA for over 10 years and has a deep love for the association.

WORKSHOP PRESENTERS

Meredith BrandMeredith is a licensed pediatric speech pathologist, a member of the American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association, and a certified trainer for the Hanen Centre, which specializes in promoting language, social, and literacy skills in young children including those on the Autism Spectrum. She earned a M.A. from the University of Texas and currently works with Early Childhood Intervention Programs. (Trainer Criteria (a.5) of Minimum Standard 746.1317)

Shannon BryantShannon is an Instructional Trainer in the Keller Independent School District. She holds a Child Devel-opment Associates Degree and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University in Commerce, Texas. She also serves as an Early Child-hood Consultant and was a pre-k teacher for several years. She was awarded Teacher of the Year honors at Timber Creek High School and Hillwood Middle School. Joyce BurgerJoyce is a Lead Teacher at Westminster Presbyterian Day School in Austin, Texas and a workshop presenter for Lakeshore Learning. At Westminster, Joyce is responsible for the coordination and implementation of curriculum for 2-4 year olds. She holds a B.S. in Elementary Education from Oregon State University and has certification from Train the Trainer and SECA Trainer Institute. (Trainer Criteria (a.2) of Minimum Standard 746.1317)

Megan BurkeMegan is the Program Director for T.E.A.C.H Early Childhood Texas®. Previously, she served as the Curriculum Director for the Primrose School in Austin. She is a graduate of Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas, and holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Ph.D in Early Childhood Education from Walden University.(Trainer Criteria (a.5) of Minimum Standard 746.1317)

Dr. Nicole FitzpatrickBeginning in 2006, Dr. Fitzpatrick assumed the role of Director of Hyde Park Counseling Center. She received her Ph.D and Masters Degrees from the University of Texas in the area of Educational Psychology. Her passions are counseling, assessment, and speaking to groups. Martha GarciaMartha is the Director of the Child Development Center at Hyde Park Baptist Church in Austin, Texas. Before joining the staff there, Martha was an educational consultant and Director of the Wee Wisdom School. She has also worked for the Austin Independent School District as the Executive Director of Bilingual Education and an elementary school principal. Martha holds a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Texas. (Trainer Criteria (a.7) of Minimum Standard 746.1317)

Kristin GwaldoKristin is a certified special education teacher. She received her B.S. degree in Recreation Administration and Recreational Therapy from Texas State University.

At Blockhouse Elementary School in Leander, Texas, Kristin developed and implemented IEPs for each special education student. Currently, she teaches 3-5 year olds at His Kids Preschool, New Hope Baptist Church in Cedar Park, Texas, where she creates a fun and nurturing classroom using multi-sensory manipulatives. Sharon JacksonSharon is the Director of Early Education Services for the College Station Independent School District. She is also a Validator/Mentor for the National Association for the Education of Young Children and has been a Director for several licensed childcare centers. Marlyn KramerMarlyn has been a Pre-Kindergarten teacher at First Baptist Church in Georgetown, Texas since 2007. Prior to that position, she taught first grade in the Austin Independent School District and hearing impaired students in the Hays County Independent School District. Dr. Thomas SandersDr. Sanders is Assistant Provost and Interim Vice President for Academic Affairs at East Texas Baptist University in Marshall, Texas. Dr. Sanders earned his Ph.D from Dallas Baptist University and has served as minister of childhood education at several churches. He has also served as the Director of Childhood Publishing at LifeWay Christian Resources.(Trainer Criteria (a.5) of Minimum Standard 746.1317)

Dr. Pam SchillerDr. Pam Schiller is a curriculum specialist and freelance author and speaker. Dr. Schiller has worked as a childcare administrator and has also taught in public schools. She served as Head of the Early Childhood Department at the University of Houston, where she also directed the Lab School. She is the author of six curriculums—including Frog Street Pre-K Program— 24 children’s books, more than 30 teacher and parent resources, and a number of other creative projects.(Trainer Criteria (a.5) of Minimum Standard 746.1317)

Jennifer DanielsJennifer Daniels is an award-winning songwriter and a powerhouse on stage. Her interactive keynotes and workshops are lively and full of humor, music, stories, and real strategies that teachers can immediately use. Jennifer is an Assistant to Eric Litwin, the author of the bestselling Pete the Cat picture books and also

Candace BehrhorstCandace is the owner and program director of Stretch-N-Grow of the Hill Country, the world’s largest youth fitness program. Candace graduated with honors from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Child Development Psychology. Previously, she was a social worker and an elementary educator. She currently resides in Wimberley, TX. (Trainer Criteria (a.5) of Minimum Standard 746.1317)

Kendra UrbanKendra is the owner and director of Stretch-N-Grow in seven franchise territories in the North Texas area. Kendra holds multiple certifications for group fitness, aerobics instruction, and one-on-one training. She holds a BSIS degree in Elementary Education with a specialization in Kinesiology, and is a certified school teacher. Kendra continues educating clients a few times a week with fitness classes at Baylor Hospital fitness center. She has a never-ending passion to educate all ages about the importance of health and fitness. Diane LaneSince 2001, Diane has served as the Preschool/Children’s Specialist for the Baptist General Convention of Texas. She has a B.S. in Home Economics from Texas Tech University, a Master of Arts in Religious Education and a Doctorate of Educational Ministries from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Donna LooperDonna is the owner of Monarch Parenting in Round Rock, Texas that specializes in child development and play strategies. She is also a certified Child Life Specialist with McLane Children’s Hospital in Temple, Texas. Donna also worked as a Child Life Specialist at Dell Children’s Medical Center and as teacher at St. James Episcopal Montessori School in Dallas, Texas. She is a graduate of the University of Texas with Bachelor and Master degrees in Education. She is also a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician and Certified Infant Massage Instructor. Melissa McKenzieMelissa is an Early Childhood Professional who is committed to making learning a joyful journey. She has taught children for over 14 years, and recently completed her work on a Master Degree in Early Childhood at Stephen F. Austin University. She is a member of the Texas Trainer Registry and currently is responsible for writing the faith-based curriculum for Nabor House Centers.(Trainer Criteria (a.1&7) of Minimum Standard 746.1317)

Shelly MeliaShelly is a graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University and holds a Master of Arts in Religious Education and Marriage and Family Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a special interest in parental bereavement and resilience in children. Shelly recently completed her Ph.D in Childhood Education from B. H. Carroll Theological Institute. She will assume the position of Assistant Professor of Childhood Education at Dallas Baptist University on August 1, 2014. Brittany NeeceBrittany is the Clinical Director at My Healing Place in Austin, Texas, where she also works as a Psychotherapist. She is a LPC-S and a LMFT. Brittany holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Texas and a Master of Arts in Counseling from St. Edwards University in Austin. Kate NyquistKate is the Education Services Manager for the Center for Child Protection in Austin, Texas where she coordinates and conducts educational trainings on child abuse and neglect identification. She graduated from the College of Charleston

Peggy OsbornePeggy has been an educator for over 30 years having taught pre-k, kindergarten, second, and fourth grade classes. She was also an administrator in the Early Childhood Department of the College Station Independent School District where she trained teachers in the district to use Conscious Discipline© strategies. Gaby PrietoGaby is a National Curriculum Specialist for Handwriting Without Tears. Prior to joining Handwriting Without Tears, she was a Director of Education and District Educational Manager for Sylvan Learning Centers. Shari QuirozShari is Pre-K teacher at First Baptist Church Georgetown who is constantly in teacher mode. She always is looking for new ideas and innovative ways to use ordinary items in her classroom. Emily WeissEmily is a Speech-Language Pathologist with Line Leader Pediatric Therapy in Austin, Texas. In addition, she has experience teaching autistic children in the public school setting. She holds a Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from Eastern Michigan University, is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas, and has achieved ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence. Sharon WisnieskiSharon is the Founder of Line Leader Pediatric Therapy in Austin, Texas, where she evaluates and treats children with Sensory Integration Dysfunction. In addition, she collaborates with schools, doctors, and other professionals. Prior to founding Line Leader Pediatric, Sharon was a staff occupational therapist with KidVentures Therapy and Children’s Hospital of Austin. Natalie WeberNatalie is an Elementary Literacy Coach for Manor ISD and a Ph.D student in Early Childhood Education at the University of Texas where she serves as a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction. She also teaches 5-7 years in Sunday School at First Baptist Church in Granger, Texas. Natalie holds a Master of Science in Literacy Education from State University of New York in Fredonia, NY. Childcare Marketing 101 In this session, Directors will learn what metrics, market, message, and media mean to your center. Additionally, Directors will learn specific strategies and receive ideas to grow their childhood program. (Martha Garcia)

Picturing the Best for Your Center: What Does It Mean? How can you picture the best for your program and lead your teachers to capture the same vision? This hands-on application of this year’s theme will enable you to create a vision and help you understand how visuals impact the brain! (Mary Ann Bradberry, Martha Garcia, Patricia Martell)

The Art of Grace-full Conversations This session will encourage and educate Directors on how to engage in delicate conversations using a grace-filled approach. Directors will explore the art of communication and learn how to listen, care, and connect with staff, parents, and children. In this session, you will explore the developmental stages of infants and toddlers and experience hands-on activities designed for this age group. A Snap•shot of Twos and Threes Are you a new teacher or just in need of a refresher? Then this session is for you! In this session, you will explore the developmental stages of twos and threes and experience hands-on activities designed for this age group. Opportu-nities to create room arrangements and lesson plans using the WEELearn Curriculum will be given. (Diane Lane)

A Snap•shot of Fours — Kindergarten Are you a new teacher or just in need of a refresher? Then this session is for you! In this session, you will explore the developmental stages of fours, pre-K, and kindergarten and experience hands-on activities designed for this age group. Opportunities to create room arrangements and lesson plans using the WEELearn Curriculum will be given. (Diane Lane)

Cooking with Preschoolers Need some motivation to cook with the kids in your classroom? Come measure, mix, and create age-appropriate and theme-based snacks as well as learn how to build a successful kitchen in your classroom. (Susan MacHugh)

Marvelous Make ‘N Take Come and create hands-on, multi-sensory activities that can teach and improve a child’s fine motor skills, engage them in letter recognition, and even encourage geometry skills. Preschool Button Snake, Invisible Letters and Numbers, Building Shapes, Weighted Pencil or Crayon, and Letters on the Go are among the tools you will be able to create. (Kristen Gwaldo)

Projects Plus Want to learn fun and surprising ways to incorporate art, math, literacy, science, and social studies TEKS into one great project? Then this is the session for you. Along with the way, kids are involved in problem-solving and critical thinking skills. (Marlyn Kramer)

Picturing Fun with School-Age Kids This fast-paced session will include an overview of the characteristics of school-age children and their unique needs in a child care setting. In addition, participants will have ample opportunities to try new games, share craft ideas, and collaborate with others to develop new ideas for this age group. Come ready to learn, play, and share. (Shelly Melia)

Typical Development and Red Flags to Watch For Typical development of speech, fine motor, and sensory processing skills will be examined along with red flags that indicate when a child should be referred for speech and/or occupational therapy. A further extension of this presentation will involve demonstrating how to facilitate appropriate language, motor, and sensory skills in the classroom. (Sharon Wisnieski/Emily Weiss)

D.A.P. in the Classroom Learning begins in infancy. The knowledge a child acquires in the first years of life sets the foundation for future learning. Early childhood professionals must provide children with a safe, nurturing, and responsive environment by implementing developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) as they apply to each child’s physical and social-emotional well-being. This session examines DAP and how they are reflected in a typical early childhood classroom. (Melissa McKenzie)

A Community of Unity: What Works When Working With Women What happens when women work with women? Do you find yourself among clouds of estrogen where jealousy, bitterness, and insecurity are prevalent? Is it possible to work in a loving and nurturing environment? Learn how to manage relationships and deal with conflict in the work place. (Candace Behrhorst)

Art: The Process Teachers in this session will leave with ideas to spark the creative side of young children using inexpensive mediums. Ideas and activities shared will provide tools, resources, and recipes that can be used immediately in the classroom. Also included in the session is information on how pre-schoolers move through the stages of the art experience. (Joyce Burger)

A Snap•shot of the Millennial Parent Millennials (born between 1978-2000) are the largest and most diverse generation in American history and are most likely the parents of the children in your center. This session will focus on understanding the Millennial mindset and explore engagement, communication and partnership with Millennial parents. (Shelly Melia)

Benefits of Block Play The block center is often the center that teachers find the hardest to engage preschoolers in appropriate play. This session will explore the stages of block play and why blocks are an important part of the early childhood classroom and to a child’s brain development. Come and see the kinds of blocks appropriate for different ages and how to enrich the block center with appropriate accessories. (Joyce Burger)

Bullying in Preschool? New studies indicate that bullying in preschool is not an uncommon occurrence. The most important work in bully prevention can and should be done in the preschool classroom. This session will focus on teaching preschoolers social and emotional skills in order to help prevent bullying before it occurs. (Shelly Melia)

Child Abuse/Neglect Identification & Reporting This session will provide the essentials of identifying the signs and symptoms of abuse and what to do if a child discloses abuse, how and when to report abuse, and what happens during the investigation. (Kate Nyquist)

Creating Your Program’s Message (Directors) Learn how to use marketing copy to attract new families to your program by dynamically conveying what makes your program uniquely outstanding. Learn your center’s key features and benefits and how to brand your program effectively. (Martha Garcia)

Current and Alumni Families: Your Greatest Assets (Directors) Come and learn new ways to work with current and alumni families to increase and maintain enrollment by extending family relationships, increasing added services and providing a WOW experience. (Martha Garcia)

Did You Say Yoga??!! Yes, preschoolers and yoga can go together. In fact, Yoga is a wonderful way for preschoolers to exercise their whole body, develop both fine and gross motor skills, build muscle strength balance and posture. Yoga also sharpens a child’s ability to focus, increase attention, and relax—all of which are learned skills. (Melissa McKenzie)

Digital Decisions for Young Learners Should teachers give up “hands-on” experiences to allow children more digital opportunities? Should parents eliminate electronic devices from the hands of their children? This session will explore resources and provide discussion to help determine the practices and philosophy for education in the 21st century. (Sharon Jackson)

Discipline to Discipleship Come examine how to develop strategies that help children learn self-discipline and lead them to discipleship and the journey of following Christ for a lifetime. (Dr. Thomas Sanders)

From Paper to Play…Developing a Theme Theme ideas may look great on paper, but how do you plan, introduce, and create a learning environment that awakens a child’s curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving skills? Come learn how to develop thematic lesson plans that will inspire a love of learning for every child. (Shari Quiroz)

God and Nature Take a step outside and look around; God put every detail of the natural world into place. Through nature, children have the opportunity to feed their desire to be closer to living things as they learn, explore, create, and invent without the boundaries of classroom walls. This session explains the importance of providing natural spaces and experiences for young children as well as practical ideas for connecting those experiences with the Creator. (Melissa McKenzie)

How Grief Impacts Children Attendees in this session will gain an increased understanding of the effects of grief and loss on children as related to their developmental ages. They will also gain tools to know how to talk to children about death and loss and explore common grief reactions found in children. (Brittany Neece)

I’m a Preschool Teacher, NOT a Rocket Scientist In this session, age-appropriate science experiments will guide teachers to an understanding of the purpose of science in the preschool classroom. Science starters and recipes for experiments along with a Science Journal will be included. (Shari Quiroz)

Impact of Divorce on Young Children Thirty-two percent of today’s families with children are single-parent homes. Chances are that one-third of the children in your classroom may be impacted by divorce. This session will outline the most common responses children have to divorce and offer tools to help children manage difficult feelings and this time of transition in the lives of their families. (Brittany Neece)

Impact of Trauma on Children This session will explore the effects of trauma on the mind and body of children and why activities to help children should include all senses (touch, sight, taste, smell, and hearing). (Brittany Neece)

Life on the Outside Learn how to help infants smoothly transition from the womb to the world by nurturing development, recognizing infant communication and behavioral cues, understanding developmental milestones in the first three months and becoming familiar with Erickson’s development of Trust vs. Mistrust. Making the Most of Your Favorite Books Using favorite children’s books, this session explores creative activities that can be used to teach TEKS in math, language, reading, and writing. Come and see how versatile and fun a good book can be! (Marlyn Kramer)

Math Monkey’s Purposeful Mathematics Play Discover how to create a developmentally appropriate math program for your classroom. Explore how to bring the concept of sets, shapes, measurement, spatial awareness, patterning, numerals, and problem solving into daily activities using props and music to capture a young child’s attention. (Susan MacHugh)

Meaningful Mathematical Thinking Learning math concepts is most meaningful when children are allowed to explore, problem-solve, and explain their thinking. This session will explore 50+ FRESH and NEW

math activities that are meaningful to preschoolers’ everyday lives and allow them to predict and analyze everyday situations. (Kristen Gwaldo)

Motorin’: Building a Firm Foundation in Motor Skills In the first year, an infant will triple his birth weight, double the size of his brain, and acquire innumerable skills that help him move and interact with his environment. This session will explore the hierarchy of developmental milestones and explore ways to foster motor development in the infant classroom. (Donna Looper)

Not Your Average Literacy Centers Meaningful experiences, not just sounds and letter practice, drive children’s earliest experiences with print. Spice up your ABC’s by implementing new, meaningful literacy experiences that will engage children through movement and touch. Come and see 60+ activities to try in your classroom. (Kristen Gwaldo)

Obliterating Obesity for Children This session will create an awareness of the importance of facilitating and encouraging physical activity and movement skills in children. Children gain intellectual and physical achievement with instruction, practice and encouragement. (Kendra Urban)

Out of the Fruit Basket: Teaching Self-Control, Bringing Peace to the Classroom, Developing Kindness, & Deepening Connections These four sessions comprise the Training a Treasure series developed to give teachers and parents practical tools and insights into teaching biblical character traits to children. Come learn about one or all four!. (Peggy Osborne)

Picky and Beyond: Eating Development of Kids Learn about oral (mouth) motor development as children progress from the bottle to “grown-up” food. This session also will explore the continuum of “picky” from typical to extreme food aversions. Recognize physical, sensory, and motor issues that may contribute to eating habits and strategies to help avoid power struggles over food. (Meredith Brand)

Playing the Way to School Readiness This Handwriting Without Tears session provides hands-on activities that build children’s fine motor skills and also help them master social and academic skills needed to get set for school. Learn fun, playful strategies to teach early writing, reading, and math to preschoolers. (Gaby Prieto)

Prayer Time, Any Time Teachers and children can learn to talk and listen to God any time and anywhere. This session will give a framework for using prayer in meaningful ways throughout the day. (Dr. Thomas Sanders)

Quirky vs. Needs Intervention Is a child in your classroom “a little quirky” in his behaviors? Are the behaviors something he will “grow out of”? This session will explore those quirky behaviors and help provide tools for teachers to know if a child needs intervention or just better understanding. (Sharon Wisnieski/Emily Weiss)

Read Aloud: The Power of an Author Study Inspired by Vivian Paley’s The Girl with the Brown Crayon, this workshop will highlight the importance of oral literacy development in the early years. Through hands-on activities and discussions, teachers will begin to develop an author study for use in their classrooms. (Natalie Weber)

Recruit, Hire, & Retain High Quality Staff (Directors) Directors will learn effective strategies to recruit, hire, and retain high quality staff in the digital work place. They will also learn specific tools to support all teachers from Millennials to Baby Boomers. (Martha Garcia)

Sensory Science Centers Explore how to build upon young children’s natural interest by creating an environment that encourages children to use all their senses. Learn how to develop a variety of discovery centers inside the classroom and on the play-ground. Learn how to expand the science program by providing activities that encourage the children to explore, take risks, and have a joyful experience. (Susan MacHugh)

STEM, State Standards, and Curriculum…Oh My! WHAT is STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) and WHY do you need to know about it? Come learn what it is and experience through hands-on activities how the WEE Learn curriculum supports STEM and ways you can improve the teaching of STEM to young children. (Shannon Bryant)

Strategies for Talking to Parents When You Suspect a Developmental Delay Preschool teachers play an invaluable role in early identification of developmental delays in young children. But how do you share your concerns with parents? Being aware of your emotions in sharing sensitive information as well as the parents’ stage of acceptance can make a difference in how the information is received. This session will discuss ways for sharing sensitive news effectively. (Meredith Brand)

Storybooks, Sociodramatic Play, Projects, &Vocabulary Learn how to incorporate vocabulary activities used during shared storybook reading into dramatic play and project inves-tigations. Ways to bridge oral language barriers for emergent bilingual children will also be highlighted. (Natalie Weber)

Keynote Sessions: Jennifer DanielsInteractive Literacy & Music: An Overview of the Use of Stories, Songs, and Organized Movement in Early Childhood This keynote will playfully introduce techniques in stories and songs to allow teachers to become familiar with the benefits of using call and response, prediction, and movement with young children. Ideas on ways to use these techniques to teach across the curriculum, to promote literacy and help in classroom management will be explored.

Interactive Music & Movement: Emphasis on Including Kids with Autism and Sensory Processing Issues Music and structured movement create a bridge between the left and right hemispheres of the brain, and have a way of organizing thoughts, aiding in memory, and calming the central nervous system, making the next minutes and hours more manageable for a child with special needs. We will explore some of the overarching issues that parents, teachers and children face when dealing with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Sensory Processing Disorders. We’ll recognize some of the precautions that help to prevent meltdowns, and how to teach the class to include and appreciate all of its members.

Keynote Sessions: Dr. Pam SchillerSnap•shot: Brain Compatible Strategies Medical research continues to provide findings that make it possible to optimize learning for young children by matching teaching strategies with significant brain functions and processes. This keynote will focus on applications related to information processing (learning), environmental influences, and use of developmental timetables.

Snap•shot: The Crucial Role of Social and Emotional Intelligence A child’s readiness for school depends on the most basic of all knowledge, how to learn. Whether or not a child arrives at school on the first day of kindergarten equipped with these key ingredients de-pends largely on how actively and intentionally the child’s parents, caregivers, and preschool teachers have provided experiences that promote the child’s development of getting along with others.

This closing time will challenge and inspire you to look at your “pictures” and share them with others, especially the children God has given you to teach.

Each session is open seating on a first-come, first-serve basis. If a session is full, please make another choice. Most sessions are repeated so you will have another opportunity.

2. Training Hours A Certificate of Training is provided in this program. You will receive a sticker at the end of each session for documenting your training hours. Each licensed center should file a copy of the program for inspection by licensing representatives.

3. CEUs CEU forms are included in your church’s registration packet, if forms were requested. Return your completed certificate and the CEU form to the information table in the in the Registration area. Requests for CEUs will be sent to Wayland Baptist University.

4. Questions The information table will be open during conference hours each day. Come by if you have questions, needs, or want to talk! Or you can call 512-585-0933.

5. Lost and Found Check the information table for lost items.

6. Photographing, Video & Audio Recording TBCWEA will be making audio, video, and photographs of the sessions. By your attendance, you are granting permission to be part of any recordings, thereby waiving all rights of privacy and releasing TBCWEA of any liability.
