The Arrow SCP-1200 Solar Powered Chemical Injection Pump is powered by a 12VDC motor, but requires no external power source. Through use of solar energy, an AGM high-rate sealed lead acid battery is con-tinuously recharged, allowing the battery to provide around-the-clock energy to the chemi-cal injector pump.

Electric motor driven, positive displacement pump.

Worm gear drive available in 3 different standard ratios and four plunger sizes to provide a wide selection of volumes and pressures from 1 QPD up to 80 GPD per head against pressures up to 2400 PSIG.

Standard packed plunger injec-tor head features trouble-free built in priming valves.

Standard pumps are available with high strength ductile iron or 316 stainless steel fluid ends to handle a wide variety of chemicals used in oil and gas production facilities, pipelines, process plants and other ap-plications where a rugged, easy-to-maintain propor-tioning pump is required.

The system has been designed to reliably operate at maximum volume on as little as 3.6 ‘Sun-hours per day’* with up to 5 days of autonomy.**

The SCP-1200 uses Arrow’s reli-able injector heads, standard with 3/8” diameter stainless steel plunger.

Available in either single or double head configurations with steel (standard) or 316 stainless steel heads for corro-sion protection.

The pumping volume, con-trolled by Arrow’s custom timer, can range from 1 to 5 gallons per day with a single head and up to 10 gallons per day with dual heads. The pump-ing volume is dispersed evenly over a 24 hour period. The 3/8” plunger allows for pumping pressures up to 1200 psi (lbf per square inch). * This is based on full solar panel operation of 4.5 amp charging current, and ‘Sun-hours

per day’ refer to solar insolation measured in kilowatt-hours per square meter per day.

** This is based on a new Werker WKHR12-100C/FR battery

* Allow 10 to 12 weeks delivery time on 50 Hz motors.
