2. During incubation, prepare GenePORTER 3000 lipoplexes.
1. Plate log-phase cells in complete medium and incubate at 37ºC in 5% CO2 for 30 minutes.
4. Incubate cells for 4 hours
5. Add equal transfection volume complete medium with 20% serum.
3. Remove complete medium. Replace with a equal volume of serum-free medium. Add GP3K lipoplexes.

Comparison of Cell Health in RAW 264.7 Cells 48 Hours Post-Transfection
RAW 264.7 cells were plated with 300,000 cells/well in 24-well plates. Wells were transfected with either GenePORTER 3000 (A) or LF2K (B). After 48 hours, cells were visualized by light microscopy.

Consistent Expression Results With GenePORTER 3000 ReagentWhole field microscope images were taken from a single slide for each of six different cell types. Cells were transfected with GenePORTER 3000 Transfection Reagent and gWiz-GFP Expression Vector DNA 30 minutes after plating. Cells were visualized 48 hours post-transfection.
