CellThe Cell

compares to an NBA Organization because it is made of many littler parts to create the whole.

Page 3: Cells

OrganellesOrganelles are

equivalent to a GM in the Organization. They are designed to do one specific task. For the GM it is to make the team better, and for the organelles it is to keep everything running within a cell.

Page 4: Cells

Cell Membrane The Cell

membrane is equivalent to a Arena meaning its outermost layer. The Arena is the outermost layer because inside it holds the court on which the players play on.

Page 5: Cells

Ribosome'sIn a basketball

organization a trainer is equivalent to the ribosome's within a cell because the help to protect the cell and players from being hurt.

Page 6: Cells

ChloroplastsThe Fans are

the equivalent of the chloroplasts because they feed to the energy of the players and give them a boost to get the win.

Page 7: Cells

Endoplasmic Reticulum The endoplasmic

reticulum is equivalent to press because it keeps the system updated on how and what it is doing similar to the press do in life.

Page 8: Cells

MitochondrialThe

Mitochondrial is equivalent to the money in the business because it keeps everything running through good and bad times.

Page 9: Cells

Cytoplasm/CytosolThe

Cytoplasm/Cytosol are the equivalent to the planes and buses used to get to away games by and organization, like the Cytoplasm/Cytosol carry necessary nutrients through the cell.

Page 10: Cells

Nucleus The nucleus

and the players are equivalent to each other because they are the reason the whole system is in existence.

Page 11: Cells

Nucleolus The Nucleolus

and the coach of a team are equivalent to each other because they direct the functions within the system. If the Nucleolus fails, the whole system fails.

Page 12: Cells

Golgi BodiesThe Golgi bodies are

equivalent to the fast break offense because they deliver the essentials such as the fast break offense delivers the points essential to the win and the bodies deliver nutrients to the rest of the system to survive.

Page 13: Cells

LissomeThe Lissome is

equivalent to the janitors of the organization because they both clean up and repair parts of the cell/Stadium.

Page 14: Cells

VacuolesThe vacuoles are

the equivalent to the water boy because they help provide the energy or boost to perform their task better than before.
