Second stepWe develop a detailed project proposal including goals, deliverables, timeline, fixed pricing and an introduction to your team. This is an interactive process – we work with you to make sure the engagement is tailored to your specific needs.

Fourth stepWe provide hard

deliverables for each component of the project,

with an emphasis on actionable items for your

firm.

First stepDiscovery phase: phone or Skype call to find a fit between your needs and our services. We will also come prepared with thoughts on how we could add value to your firm.
