When cookies are being blocked, the portal makes a stair-step cascade inside the Schoology frame.

You’ll have a CAVtime hall pass for your tutorial.

Report directly to your meeting at the beginning of CAVtime. Attendance will be taken.

If you do not see a hall pass, you are NOT portaled out. Stay in study hall.

To request a tutorial:

Requests need to be made in advance.

This button will list your tutoring requests and confirmed appointments.

This is also where you create a new tutoring request.

Start typing a teacher’s name. All you need is a letter or two.

You can specify whether the appointment is for tutoring or makeup/retesting.

Click ‘request meeting’. It might take a while to respond. Click ONLY ONCE.

What about clubs?

You’ll see this drop down if you have a club meeting coming up and you haven’t done your RSVP yet.

YOU CANNOT ATTEND A CLUB MEETING UNLESS YOU RSVP IN ADVANCE.

EVERY MEETING. EVERY TIME.

What about clubs?

To attend this club, you need to “portal in” by clicking here. Your RSVP changes to ‘YES’.

Study hall is your default location.

If you know you need to stay in study hall to get some work done, help your club sponsor out by clicking the study hall choice. This changes your RSVP from ‘maybe’ to ‘NO’.

Have a substitute teacher? They can’t portal. Show them your hall pass so you can attend your session.

What if I click the wrong RSVP button?

If you accidentally click the wrong button, you can change your RSVP.

You can change your mind as many times as you like up until 11:00 a.m.

At 11:00 a.m., your choice will be locked.

(11:00 a.m. is the current cut-off, but this is subject to change.)

A final word on RSVP:Your permission slip puts you “on the list” of people who

get portal invites to a club meeting.

Only your RSVP to a specific club meeting on a specific date puts you “on the list” to actually leave your study hall room.

WITHOUT AN RSVP, YOU ARE NOT PORTALED OUT!
